I noticed right away a huge difference in work ethic and energy/motivation...I'm 38, I'm not sure what age she is, but I can't be too far off however she's a workhorse like my mom was, I'm more of a work-sloth 😂 I have so much respect and admiration for her.
I enjoy the videos as well since I am 47 and have no small children. I feel the content is more relatable. I also like how calm the videos feel even when Randi is cleaning like a bandit. Haha

I tried the fly lady zone clean and it just didnt click with me. Then I tried it your way and it just works so much better for me. I do one room in a day or 2 from top to bottom and then its done and because I keep on top of it now, it doesnt take me long to clean and then do my daily house upkeep as well. I work a few hours a day too and usually home around lunch time. Go to the gym, then do some cleaning and then I prep dinner. If I skip a day cleaning to catch up with a friend or something else comes up and just do my daily upkeep I get back into the zone cleaning routine again.

Hi Randi. Great inspiration as always. You are getting some great advice on how to remove that sticky stuff from the wall. If none of those work try Undu. It’s specifically made to remove sticky stuff without leaving a residue. I’ve used it for years on paper crafts when I made a mistake and can attest to it. I hope one of these suggestions will work for you.

Thank you for the video, and especially for describing your exercise routine and experience. It's so helpful to hear the reality of people's ups and downs (in terms of intensity/consistency) and encouraging to hear your perspective that even a no-pain increase in effort has felt noticeably better. Cleaning and exercising are two things I also struggle to do as consistently as I'd like, and you're motivational on both. 😊

Randi lemon essential oil can remove sticky residue, I have never used on walls, but it works well on other things such as wood, glass, and counters.
I love the lamp in the spare room with the birds on it. So unusual and pretty
I have been thinking about your cleaning schedule and zone cleaning and how you adapt it to what works for you. I have been thinking about what I do around my house. There is one trouble room that I need to clean, declutter, and just reorganize. It is a multi-purpose room. It houses our little box, my plants (plants grow best in there), craft/crochet yarn storage room, and our freeze dryer room. The closet is a mess. But my daughters are older so I only do laundry for my husband and I. I do laundry on sunday, since my husband normally works a long evening shift then. I sort, wash, dry and fold all laundry on sunday. It doesn't take too long since it is just the two of us. I also will try to vacuum the house then, as well as dust before vacuuming. I like getting it all done before the week starts. I feel I need a better schedule though. Maybe I can tweek things a little. But they trouble room is starting to haunt me. I think that will be my next project. Yuck. Thanks for another great video. Have a great week.

I like that long duster, do you have a link to it. I laughed when you said "The gold medal of couch potatoes and how late you started to work out-so there is hope for those of us who don't work out and those like me who stopped about a year ago because of health issues. I know I can work out now but at a much slower pace-But working out is so so important. Thanks for the comments you don't have to experience pain to gain. Great point.

You're such a inspiration for me. I have severe asthma and I take oxygen therapy. It's hard to clean sometimes and I watch your videos for my daily motivation. Keep posting 😄..I use to clean just like you have slowed down against my will .lol but it gets hard sometimes. I really look forward to you posting...they are making a huge difference in my life.
Hi Randi - to remove the sticky stuff on the wall behind the picture - try a hair dryer on low and see if that will loosen it enough to remove. I've done that with labels and it works great.

Hi Randi. Try using WD40 on that sticky spot on your wall. It should take it right off. Have a great weekend.
Just a dab of Eucalyptus oil on a cloth should get that sticky mess off your wall. Good luck.

Я тоже очень люблю, когда у меня чистый дом. Когда плохое настроение, тяжело на душе, моё лекарство - чистота в доме. Пока прибираешься, уходят мрачные и тяжелые мысли, становится легко и весело. Смотрю твои видео и что то беру для себя. Очень нравится твоя мебель из массива, качественная и приятная. Люблю переставлять мебель, перевешивать картины по сезонно. Дом и уют куда приятно возвращаться, правда ? У тебя над столом, где компьютер, висят две картины, можешь сказать кто художник и как называются. Спасибо.
