My oh my....that was stressful for y'all, but so funny on this side of the camera. And the shot of his 3 sisters watching him coming back was priceless. I liked the little sled you made to move him first. That will surely come in handy if you ever need to move a pig or a few piglets in the future. Like if you sell one or two, you can sort them in the field into the cage sled and then drive them on back to the house to put in the buyers vehicle. Thanks for sharing this one. Have a Blessed day.
Kudos to trying! I had a crazy song going through my head watching you pull that sled...dashing through the field in a one hog open sled over the feild we go dashing all the way!?!🎶hahaha LOL You make every video enjoyable in some way shape or form! I think it'll be less stressful when you get the fence finished for sure 👍 Love you guys!
I know you probably are busy to read your posts and I'm very busy myself but I had to post telling ya all great job for keeping it up with all the out of the box ideas. My new hubby is learning as he goes and thinking out of the box is something learned after some blood sweat and tears. I applause you all there at sow the land. Bravo 👏. Keep it up, keep it real and keep it happy. 😊 ❤️ amen😊
I think the brothers gave you PETD (pig escaping trauma disorder). 😉 In any case, the transport you made was ingenious. It could be used for a lot of things of a smaller scale.
That was hilarious. The piggy didn’t seem at all upset in his transfer truck. He actually looked as though he was thoroughly enjoying the ride! 😂 That was funny. Despite your understandable stress over potential breakouts. Well done filming it. Excellent content.
The people I bought my piglets from told me that when the hogs get older they don’t mind being alone as much. They don’t like to share space or food, so that might be why. Good try though! It’s nice to see when people try to keep the well being of their animals forefront in their thoughts.
adult females form matriarchal groups with complex relationships and prefer this--they even care for and feed each other's wee wee wee ones--adult males, in the wild, are solitary and dangerous to young pigs and to other boars
Oh my the girls were waiting for him at the gate. That was so sweet. Nope peace on the homestead takes precedents. Love the sled. I'm sure it will come in handy many times over.
You have a great work crew. Going so fast thought you were going to get run over. The pig rub made up for the Big Daddy scare LOL. Truly you folks make fun videos.
We had Idaho Pasture Pigs did something like you were trying and our Boar had his way with the fixed male. I felt awful. We had no idea he would try to breed a male. He gave him a sore rear end. We had to get them seperated and give him a antibiotic. I,m glad you got him out of there. Never trust a boar.
Sorry ahead of time, I'm trying to be sensitive but clear and helpful. Might choose to be careful with the word _coonass_ a word used to refer to Cajuns (from the French word conasse, meaning a fool). Some Cajuns are fine with it but others find it highly insulting. In general, if you don't know how a word will be taken it's safer not to use it, unless you don't mind insulting random people and not knowing that they're upset or judging of you. Like you I grew up hearing it commonly though. There's a lot of things I grew up with that I've gradually dropped. Believe it or not, when I was a kid on the Gulf Coast, it was common to hear the n-word used by whites who acted like anyone who didn't like it were being overly sensitive, like people should just not mind at all being insulted by them. Of course a lot of _them_ didn't want to be called peckerwoods (a pejorative word for white people, especially white men). Some of them embraced the word though. It's problematic in the same way, some find it insulting, some embrace it and there's no way to know ahead of time who you're insulting. Hope this is helpful.
You did try indeed, don't worry about Zeke he will be fine.I was laughing so hard when you took the piglet back and he run to his sisters they were so happy to see each other 😊
THAT THING GETS AN A+ FOR TWISTED RIKKITY.. LOLOL!!!! AWESOME SKRAP KUNTRAPTION.... IF IT WORKS, AINT NUTTTIN WRONG WITH IT🤣😂🤣😋👍👍👌👌🙏🙏BE BLESSED YA ALL. ITS THE TIME OF FIRSTFRUITS.
One of your best yet. Im exCali exHollywood director stuck in rural hmmmm “America” now so ya take my note for what it might be worth. May your Cali spirit continue to shake up rural NC. You are blessed Sir.

LOOK FORWATD TO TALK ABOUT CURRENT EVENT'S IN FAMILY FARM FARMER'S. GREAT JOB ON THE SLED. AS ALWAYS. YOU'RE VERY CREATIVE. SE MICHIGAN 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏
This video was great fun to watch and reading all the comments was icing on the cake! 😂 You guys work so hard, I hope y’all are enjoying your life as much as I enjoy watching your videos. Blessings 🙏🏻
Woowee! You gotta hand it to that hobbet pig. You weren't forcing him to do NOTHIN! LOL Trama for all involved. But, he didn't mind that nice belly rub afterwards, did he? You are so humble. It's so refreshing!!
Lol, my son just called me from his bedroom (next to mine) and asked if that was my phone. I was what, pigs squealing. He said it sounded like a bunch of people screaming, and it scared the bejeebies out of him. I laughed and said it was my video. They were grabbing a pig by the legs. And he laughed.
I'm still laughing from the young male pig flopping over to get his massage. He looks wore out. It's like he was thinking .....oh my gosh what was that all about... don't you see how big Zeke's teeth are....😂🤣😂🤣
The farm is just coming right along, Jason, I hope Penelope and Lorraine enjoy the new green house.... A very Happy Easter to all of you's 🙏💕🥰 god bless 🙏💕
Jason, your ingenuity is quite something, I like the way you tackle things 👍It is funny though, the whole Zeke macho thing, I guess he enjoys his space & knows his duties & doesn't want anything encroaching on it 😅. As my avatar shows the American & English flag, I'm a Brit in the US & sometimes get a little homesick. I found a vlog, "Off Grid Bruce" which is a Brit in Ireland. Listening to the british language is what helps with the homesickness. I recently started watching, but went back 2 years to see his family's story. It's lovely if you're looking for more homesteading. I'm sure it would help him too.
Just a suggestion. Use the large front door for the pigs and make a hinged top door access to put the chickens in through the top then install a latching system to close the top door. Love your idea for the sled
Jason you need to update your family bio and introduce Lorraine and Penelope more and a Name for your Farm ❓❓ ps stop giving everyone else credit you guys have done the hard work... Thank you for taking us along on your journey 🥰🙏💕
Great video! It was so funny seeing the piglet ride on that sled! LOL. You gave it a good try, but I felt bad for him in there with Zeke harassing him. He looked happy to be back.
This was so funny and relatable!! I totally feel ya on not wanting them to get out and just one another....u did a great job getting him in and out of that pen!
You have the best ideas. I'm still using the collapsible brooders you taught me how to make and now this is great because here in a few weeks I need to move meat chickens. Awesome idea thanks!
Well this is the funniest vid I’ve witnessed from your homestead family!!!! 😂 I even subscribed today … thank you for being authentic. Love and bless you. 6:57
When trying to load a pig. If you can get them to put their head in a bucket you can walk them backwards straight into the crate. I think you guys made the right decision. Putting baby boy back with his sister's. Zeke's tusks would have caused some damage even if by accident.
Those three pigs watching you bring the forth pig back to them. They were like… what are you doing?? This was a good video. I would’ve done exactly what you ended up doing. Keep up the good work! ❤
He said ,”weeeeeee” all the way home 😂
I do understand that you don’t live your life just to make me laugh, and amuse me. But that’s how it’s working out for me. 😂😂
Happy to hear 😁
lol! Feel the same way 🤣
I was reaching for my Tylenol 😅
Good job All.
This was as fun as watchin' cats bein' herded🤣🙂🙃😆🙃🤣🙂🙃👏👏👏👏👏🍦🇺🇸
Same😂😂😂
You’re the most caring person I’ve run into, when it comes to animals and humans, don’t change my friend
I don't trust no pig is an excellent title for a children's book.
truth
It would have to read I don't trust any pig. You can't deliberately teach kids very bad grammar.
And then peace reigned once again over the land
God bless Penelope! Her willingness to jump in and help on all the projects shows great character.
My oh my....that was stressful for y'all, but so funny on this side of the camera. And the shot of his 3 sisters watching him coming back was priceless. Bet he was wondering what that was all about. But the adventure did come with a carnival ride & extra food!
Kudos to trying! I had a crazy song going through my head watching you pull that sled...dashing through the field in a one hog open sled over the feild we go dashing all the way!?!🎶hahaha LOL You make every video enjoyable in some way shape or form! Hi, Jason! Very clever build. Not scrappy at all. You are quite creative. Loving it. 😍
Thanks so much!
@@SowtheLand I love your videos!
Aww, welcome home brother pig😂. I declare y’all are so precious and teaching us so much. Too funny❤
I think the brothers gave you PETD (pig escaping trauma disorder). 😉 In any case, the transport you made was ingenious. It could be used for a lot of things of a smaller scale.

This little piggy went … on a round trip…. 😂 So sorry it was for naught, but I surely smiled a lot watching this video. 😂
They were all so happy when he came back😂 they are so cute
So funny! Piggy takes a holiday! Look at how fast he was running in the coop to get back to his sisters and tell them about his adventure!
Your videos with the pigs are the best on RUclips!
Wow, thanks!
Good call, at the end you don’t want to find one of them get hurt.😅

This lil piggy went to market🐖, this lil piggy stayed home🐖, this lil piggy got to meet Zeek🐷 then squealed all the way back home🐷🐷🐷🐷
I love this, thanks for the laugh:)
Pig drama, episode 1. That was a good episode!
Jason, you are a good man. You did the right thing. blessings to all.
Boars in the wild are generally solitary with the exception of breeding season. Then males fight for dominance.
Nice try Jason. Glad you decided to send brother back home. 💕 God bless and Happy Easter!
You guys pay attention to their needs…and are so good with your animals!!
You have a great work crew. Going so fast thought you were going to get run over. The pig rub made up for the Big Daddy scare LOL. Truly you folks make fun videos.
Poor little guy is exhausted after all that running 😊!
"I don't trust no pig.' I said the quote when i saw the title and thumbnail. I remember the brothers saga. Shew!
Storing your boards against the wall may be contributing to the warping of the boards. Such a smart build tho
That poor piglet!!! Bless his heart and yours!!!! He was glad to be with his siblings. Good try, guys. Love yall! ❤
He just wanted to be with his sisters! I understand that!
Gotta love those belly rubs after a good run!
Definitely worth a shot. Glad you put him back with his sisters. Maybe Zek was just being super territorial.
Quite an adventure for the little boy & then he was happy to join his sisters! Thanks for sharing! Blessings to all 🤗🇨🇦
Zic is not lonely , he likes being boss on his own territory 😅
Four piggies are happy together 😊
Boss hoss

Yeah, i was afraid of that happening. Eeks!

You guys worked hard! Peaceful piggies was worth that I’m sure you all will sleep better! Peace and blessings 🤗
Gotta love Sow the Land 😅. Great video! 🎉
Love you guys so much for trying ❤
Haha! We do that kind of stuff all the time on the farm. Experience is the best teacher.
‘I still don’t trust no pig 🐷 “
I know! I love it every time he says it, it's become one of his catchphrases.
You really should have a shirt that says, "I don't trust no pig!"

Silly Jason you need not have pulled the pig at the end, just drive thru. This all must have been exhausting.
They are so happy to be back together😊Your pigs are way better than a hundred barells I of monkeys...so entertaining, funny and just plain adorable.
So FUNNY! And when you brought him back, the girls said " Oh no, he's baaack"!!!!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Good planning, all except the part where you forget to ask Zeke how he felt about it all.
You may not have succeeded in moving little pig in with Zeke, but you definitely succeeded in making a good video!!
That is the coolest pig treadmill I've ever seen!! 😉
Thanks for the laugh! It's like the joke about herding cats!!!😅
