Is the just get started deck where the weekly and annual review cards are or did you make those up for your own process???? Also, I'm just seeing here that your 12-week year stuff is at the back...so you don't mix in that set with the regular daily work? I thought the "make video" was probably a card in your regular daily stack and you take the next action on that....Is that not what you're doing?
@@facultysuccesscoach the 12 week year cards that are in progress are mixed in with my regular daily work. The cards in the back were already completed and organized by the week they were done for my reference. So, if I have a video card that I'm to make on the week of the 25th, it would be filed on the 25th, along with the rest of my Monday tasks such as washing the floors, etc. :) Hope that helps!
I have a monthly review card that's in the Just Get Started Card Deck - it's in pink for personal. I do it on the Wednesday before the end of the month, writing our my responses on the divider for the month. The annual card is in green for holiday, it's in the Christmas, etc. Cards listing. I sent you a message on Etsy with them!

Hi Jenn! Discovered your channel about a week ago … obsessed. 😂 I’m a paper planner - love the act of writing things down and the tactile experience. Never thought to use index cards! I’ve purchased your Just Get Started and set up my deck. This is going to be soooo helpful for me! I’ll be 50 in March, work full time as an Executive Assistant and have a 19 year old daughter in college that lives at home. My brain feels very scattered and I have such a hard time focusing on one task. Also have a lot of anxiety around my daily to do list. 😅 Thank you so much for your videos. ❤ Let’s be friends! 😊

I just wanted to say thank you for all your videos. I feel like I made an upgrade from following all the decorative planners to your channel which is much more productive orientated. I love your ideas and I am very inspired to find my own system. Also, I love Your character and that you live on a boat. I’ve been living in my car since 2018 travelling around Europe. I have so many projects that sometimes I think it’s too much but I don’t know which one to give up because they are all important to me. at the moment I try to work on one project each day. Have a great week.
I always say I’m going to wrap as I buy, but I always end up locked in my room for the whole day, wrapping and watching Christmas movies.
I hope you have fun while wrapping 😊 Also - that's the same reason why I love watching longer videos - to get me on my stepper and not get distracted with new videos popping up or to wash dishes 😁

I have watched several of your videos all the way through and over more than once. I pause and back up quite a bit to get a better view. You have really inspired me. I found you when I was searching for a better planning system. I was using journals before and a little now but they have so many unnecessary pages that I don’t need. I like the card system. It can be simple or complex. Mine is really hefty just starting it but I plan on trimming a lot out. It seemed like I needed a little more when I set up the S. H. E. cards and then I discovered the 12 week year system thanks to you. They pair perfectly. I downloaded your time planner. Thank you. I intend on getting some more of your things to use from Etsy. I appreciate your videos.
I just binged a few card system videos🤯😱 ..I am blown away and overwhelmed but I think this might work for me! I am a fidgeter to ground my thinking and a tactile processor. Digital doesn’t work for me and planners are too much for me to maintain. I was here to the end soaking it all up..and I think I’m going to have a look at Etsy too. I enjoy seeing how your days manifest in your cards. Maybe you have already done a day in the life but I would like to see one!
I will absolutely do a day in the life this week to with the card deck. Thank you for the suggestions. There is something magical about focusing on one card at a time and then shuffling them!

I just found your channel..I 😅 up on the kitchen and the Happiness file. I bought them used on amazon probably 10 yrs ago. I keep them for.nostalgia. I subscribed and looking forward to the inspiration.

❄️👂 I watched this through to the end so adding a snowflake for Antarctica Day, as a new thing learned, and then the ear was for listening to your explanation while setting up my bullet journal daily log for today.
I think I am beginning to see the goal of the 12 week program. There was a different video that was a medium point in your process, and I noticed the confusion point for me so will try to find that, sinc I’m really interested in the idea but currently confused. Puzzles are a good way to learn stuff. :)

I really like to see how you are using your cards and have now started my own deck - totally inspired by you! I added a tracker to the things I really dislike doing (like laundry) - and now it is a game in which I try to earn as many points (e.g. another cross) as possible by completing a task and shuffling it to the next day. I don't add a calendar to not feel discouraged by missing a day and hope that this motivation will keep up (I am even thinking about adding the total number of crosses per month on the monthly card back side to have a try to beat your previous month kind of motivation. Will see. Love this system already! Keep up these nice videos!
