To those wondering about the story, the twin in the white robe is Arcann, the twin in black is Thexan, their father is Valkorian. The twins spent their lives trying for the approval of Valkorian, only for him to turn away ever time, not showing approval or pride. This goes on for years. They go from children training, playing, making lightsabers, to adult conquerors and destroyers, leaders in their father's army. No matter how much they destroy, how much they lose, no approval. Arcann loses an arm and his face is badly damaged. Towards the end, as Valkorian turns away after another successful mission, Arcann snaps. He charges his father, only to be pulled back by Thexan. Blinded by his rage, Arcann accidentally kills his brother. Valkorian then shows approval to Arcann for the first time. He readily accepts it

It's from the MMO that they used to continue the KOTOR universe. Playing Jedi Knight is the closest to a new KOTOR were gonna get, bc their class story is very similar to the first KOTOR. But you can also play a bunch of different classes with different stories
And Valkorian is supposed to be a jedi? I'm sorry if I'm confused, but Valkorian's actions seem to be those of a Sith, yet Thexan and Arcann have yellow lightsabers, traditionally Jedi weapons and seem to be reporting to Valkorian...
A lot better than The Force Awakens and the lightsaber battle in this cinematic I was far more emotional invested to these brothers than I was with the Kylo - Rey fight
they would make a great film out of this story but hey instead we have episode 8 ....
Not saying much. I'm more emotionally invested in the lightbulb above me than I am in the Kylo/Rey fight.
I don't really think there were any emotional investment in the Kylo vs Rey in The force awakens.

So, I didn't play the game but after watching this video several times, I finally realize true intentions of their father - he didn't give a proper respect to twins because only one son was supposed to rule and he wanted to choose the strongest one and make him a heir. Everytime when they returned from mission he expected to see only one son, not both. So much cruelty and hypocricy here

I'm getting some serious Goge Vandire vibes from the "father" dude, like seriously heavy duty vibes.
He's way worse than the Great Apostate, he's a body-hopping demigod who makes Palpatine looks like a cuddly pussy. He has kids, and basically psychologically tortures them to twist them into perfect hosts for his next body. His strongest one, Vaylin, is his daughter, and not in this vid, but he literally sends her away to be tortured and conditioned by a mad scientist because he's concerned she might be too powerful to control. When his kids turn on him, he gets someone else to kill his own kids for him and then possesses them instead. Oh, and before all this, he's engineered bloody galactic wars and consumed all life on multiple planets to gain godhood. He's a real dick.
So basically Goge Vandire in a galaxy far far away.
