Hi guys im looking at a new kawasaki 300x and seadoo rxt-x ive never had a ski before its my first is the 300x agood ski and does it produce the 300 hp that kawasaki are claiming people have told me that seadoo have problems with engines but are a great handling ski ..........not sure what to do would really appreciate any feed back? Is any other ski worth looking at
Rxtx 260rs. Kawi 300x. which is faster 0-100kmh? I read all the hype about having 300hp but does that figure really mean anything and doesnt the seadoo have a better power to weight ratio? correct me if im wrong im not all that familiar with the 300x...
@pbkid254 i recommend a Kawasaki STX15F its 1500cc gets great gas milage very fast as well i hit 60mph on mine with 2 people. it is not supercharged but has plenty of power and handles great. I do alot of surf riding on mine and it is great for jumping waves very agile if you wanna get a little gnarly. You can get a nice used one around 2008 for about 5 grand but it is worth every penny! hoped this helped!
Buy a PWC isn't all about power. If you want performance you need to look at power to weight ratio. A long time ago I had a GP1300R and I used to blow away my mates RXP215 as he was heavier than I and the Seadoo was about 50kg heavier. In a straight line it was fairly even but in the twisty stuff the GPR ate the Seadoo for breakfast.
i have a 2008 seadoo rxp 215 and it is faster and has more acceleration than this kawi and mine sounds better.mine does 70 mph stock and never has a problem getting to it.id take a seadoo over any watercraft
On the plus side, its great for bringing your groceries back from the markets!!!

So what does this thing gps to?
@kimi1978 How do you know it's slower ?
How quick is the 210 HP FX SHO ?
@bazzaretta I don't understand what you're talking about. I'm inquiring about the jetski's top speed. I have a honda 12x myself.
Does anyone know where this was filmed. It looks really looks good.
Bahamas

@adamkings21
dream on
the sho or Fzr gets dusted by the 300
this ski rides so DIFFERENT TO THE OLD 260'S
do you read? 5 seconds into the video it says it.
Good job. You took all Yamahas great ideas and still created a ski slower than the 210 HP FX SHO. 300 HP means nothing!!!!!
King!
seadoo is making a comeback in 2012 to put all you yamaha and kawasaki fanboys to shame.
it IS slower than a yamaha FZR or a seadoo RXT-X 255. As Kimi said "300HP means noting" not to mention that its totally ugly too
very cool but dammm 1500cc holy shit....
