MyASUS System Diagnosis lists seven scenarios commonly encountered with PC devices and a one-click overall Hardware check. Each scenario comes with a brief description and allows you to quickly identify the scenario you have encountered and select the necessary Checkup.

I just installed the my asus app. Everything is quite the same as the app showcases to be, expect for two things- "Device setting and System diagnosis", the two key features of the app. Without these two, the app seems quite useless. Is it just with me? I mean it's not supposed to be like that right? Kinda hilarious😂

Q4: Why can I only see the partial features in the MyASUS app?
A4: When you download MyASUS from the Microsoft Store, you may only see partial functionalities, lacking features such as system diagnostics, software updates, and device settings. It is because your product is not equipped with ASUS System Control Interface driver or the driver version does not support the full functionality of MyASUS. Hello, Yesterday I reset my laptop using Asus cloud recovery, however all my personal data and installed apps are deleted. Now my question is do I have to manually download the Windows drivers that were in my laptop before resetting or did they come automatically during cloud recovery?

I need to know how to run a HW diag outside of the OS. I have looked up and down in BIOS but there is no ADT or anything else in terms of diagnostics. Where did you hid it?

Unfortunately, we only provide the option to check the functionality through MyASUS. If you have any concerns, we recommend bringing your laptop to a repair center for further inspection.
