Unless those who you call elite, are the poor villagers who cast the bulk of votes in rural areas that steer the vote in govt's favour.
Dean's submission about the censorship motion is devoid of facts and marred by falsehoods or deliberate submissions! Ex Lop & other commissioners approved service awards for themselves. Bobi wine didn't get a service award upon expiration of his term as mp. Let's be objective in our submissions.
