Thank you! Well done! I got the idea what that trail is, that's why I loved your video! Would love to do that trail on MTB one day. Hopefully would be faster on my bike than you on your jeeps? Or would you disagree?
Kane creek is known for the water crossings.... yet this video shows none of that.... in fact they also did it backwards..... it's much more fun to end where this video started.....the most difficult part of this trail is in the last mile or so.... but in this case they went down not up.... dont get me wrong here down is also hard but this trail is meant to go the other way.....
it's a 1 way trail. you're not supposed to start on 191 and end in town. If this had been a busy weekend they would have had a TON of pissed off people lol. the whole time I was watching this I'm like that not Kane... then I realized. There are a few trails in Moab that are 1 way only, this, steel bender, the loop at top of the world... Imagine being on one of those tight shelf roads and 2 groups meet face to face... backing an entire group out of that would be a f**king nightmare.
@@m.e.9974 shaffer is not 1 way, however I've found that most people drive it top down and then take potash road back to moab, you can drive it either way though.
@@m.e.9974 no problem. If you're looking for a fun day trip from Moab take potash road out past shaffer to musselman arch, then turn around and back track a bit to shaffer. Go up shaffer and then head out towards dead horse and take Long Canyon back to potash road... if you time it right, the sun set views in long canyon won't disappoint. Not sure what you're driving, long canyon is more of a trail than shaffer, but still nothing a stock 4x4 would have any issue on. Have fun out there.
Great off road, keep going.
New sub here. Love the video!
Nice production, laid back variety of music, good effects, panning front and back for perspective.tnxs for your wonderful efforts.
Another trail on the list. Thanks for the video.
