Lady you need to prepare for the interview. Your questions are not loaded. Its like you not sure what to ask. No questions on the court proceedings and a lot of questions remain unanswered. You not cut for this
I personally think the justice in South Africa has failed this poor woman and the presenter keeps asking her these absurd questions as if she's not well prepared or incompetent or something..
i m sorry it means we must just call saps and not involve community ka gore ba re bolaisha.justice is someyimes unfair but God will give this lady justice.
I will suggest the TV crew must also interview the family of the deceased coz somethings that she is saying are not true. I stand to be corrected, the girl/lady in talk here disappeared for some days if not weeks before she was found dead. The story of the community beating the lady to death at her house is different from the initial story.
The real story is that she and 2 other men drover the deceased to a farm beat her up, made her drink chemicals and buried her 😢 she changed the whole story, there’s no remorse!
It’s alleged that the deceased and this lady had a disagreement. Which later led this lady to force the now deceased into a car and driven off. (It’s unclear if the assault had taken place at this point or it happened after). It is said by the family that the now deceased was missing for quite sometime while the alleged perpetrator was no where to be found. I’d advise the interviewer to learn facts from both sides and prepare fully so as to ask the uncomfortable truth and really dig in to what happened. Also what evidence has the interviewer looked at in relation to the so called robbery at gun point? There is much that doesn’t make sense here.
Does any of u know if a robber comes into your house, u kill them and there is no proof u were in danger and protecting yoself, ur gone like this lady. That is how our justice system works, she needs strong representation this one she can fight this sentence to even be lowered. I watched a lot of crime shows like her story.
Don't blame the interviewer English is not her mother tongue and secondly we must not forget so easily that English came here by Ship. It is possible that English was used as a language for purposes of this interviews. So people must stop blaming others for not being able to fluently taking the language of colonisers and cruel oppressors instead you should be assisting other than leveling unfair criticism. This cause you to lose focus on the main message in this case which is about injustice that we experienced on daily basis throughout our Courts here in RSA. Talking from experience I know what the offender went through as I personally experienced the same though on different facts and merits. Having being accused of a crime I didn't do with grossly conflicting evidence aduced in Court I was convicted. My only luck was the fact that I was given an option of fine instead of direct imprisonment. I couldn't even persue my legal option of appeal afterwards because the docket disappeared. Hope everyone will now understand the main message of this interview instead of bring side tracked by other things raising concerns about language of oppressor not being spoken or pronounced to the proud of Masters in England. Regards
I am not getting anyone in the comments section discourage criminals to steal from people's households & that says a lot about people in the comment's section.
There were a few moments where I felt the interviewer could have explored certain topics more deeply, It might have resonated more with the viewer's. This lady was robbed nje la & must try doing her interview kwenye ipodcast
Tlogela o dietsa ngelosi moo. Tlogela maka, hao kgone le o bowa hantle gore goderagetse eng, maka. Oa kwatisa kao lila maka, why can't you mention those people if u saw them, l wish u can rot there, that's where u belong, how many people you could have done the same to and they just went missing and they were never found, its clear u r very experienced in that hence all these lies. Your story is dome, repent while u r there. 'If u are angry don't make decisions bcz repercussions are irreversible', you are admitting killing an innocent soul in a gruesome way, ukhohlakele yazi wena nabangane bakho, sis
How many innocent people are behind bars? Why did the death penalty banned in Mzansi? Innocent people where killed and later the perpetrator confessed to the crime and it cannot be corrected a soul has been lost. Sis Tinyiko take all heaviness, pain and frustration to God. I can't judge you because I'm not God. Who am to judge? Lots of ❤sister.

Im very sorry my sister everything happened for the reason really justice you. Don't worry my it will end pray hard
That eager?
So sorry Tinyiko. Sadly the presenter is poorly prepared. She failed to get one of the best stories.
The court could have not convicted and sentenced her if there was no factual evidence that she was involved in the killing. She is not being honest.
