I served 4 years in the USMC and was interested in a LAT move. I had to retake the ASVAB for this. I found your channel to be the best for the ASVAB. After a few weeks of refreshing I was able to retake the ASVAB and score over my desired score. Thank you for your time and knowledge. God bless you.

I have my practice test tomorrow in the recruiting office. Thanks for this you seem to be the only person that makes this stuff easy for me to understand. Math has never been easy for me.

I had a quick question. I took the AFQT one month ago, and know my math skills need a refresher for the MOS I'm eying. I've been studying like crazy since and watching your videos. I came across a comment elsewhere that if my AFQT score doesn't really line up with my ASVAB score it would look like I cheated, and would be asked to retake the asvab. Which, I'd have no issue doing, but curious if this is true and what to expect? Thanks.

Sorry, I don't know the answer to that. Maybe check with your recruiter

They wouldn't necessarily think you are cheating, but yes it's a policy that they just recently put back in place. If you get anywhere from 20 points or higher than your original ASVAB score, they will most likely have you retest again just to make sure you didn't get a higher score "out of luck."

I dont get where you pulled the answer for number 2? How did you come up with (2/2) but 3/10 stays the same? Do i have to find another video to understand? "by a factor of one doesnt change the value?" what does that mean?

The key to adding fractions is the bottom numbers have to be the same, same denominator. The way you change the fraction to have the same denominator is to multiply it by a value of 1, like 2/2 reduces down to 1. Then when you have the same denominators you add across the top and keep the same denominator

For number 5, how did you get 4 for the whole number?

How can I print this out

I'd do the problem with the video paused at each problem
