First what I wanna say is that I wanted to make an edit for the last three weeks and just couldn't wrap my mind around it, but here it is. Worth to mention is that I'm absolutely in love with how the writers created this exact journey. No relationship is ever perfect, no person in the world is ever perfect. Maya's healing journey is fantastic and she's changed so much and I adore it. And Carina is being so vulnerable and it feels so real. I just love this season's slowburn cause it's great even with its flaws.

After all that Karina has gone through in terms of suffering and neglect, she really deserves more time to forget and come back again and forgive..I thought a little and put myself in her place. She is right in everything and returning is very difficult, even at the expense of her heart and happiness..Maya hurt her a lot.. She just wants to be assured that Maya will not repeat her ignoring and hurting her

How do you get your clips for editing? I would love to try my hand at fan editing but not sure where to get the clips from!
I'm usually downloading the episodes and cut the scenes and then convert them into mp4 format
(also that's the most annoying thing in editing 😂😅but it's worth it for sure)

Am I the only one that thinks Carina deserves so much better than Maya? As much as I’m obsessed with this couple and with Maya too,I think Maya is a narcissist. It’s more than just “needing to win.” It’s like she has 2 personalities and I’m not sure the good one outweighs the bad one. I definitely couldn’t put up with it. Maya is abusive. If I was Carina, it would take more than lasagna, a blanket and I’m sorry, I’ll be better for me to come back. Sorry Danielle….you play her so beautifully though!
no offense but it sounds like Carina is saint and flawless. like why does it always have to be like this, she is pushy and controlling when she wants to, when she's determined (I'm not saying it's bad, just that Maya is literally the last person on earth that needs to be pushed towards something and controlled cause look at her childhood that had given her all these issues)
Also, she didn't forgive Maya right away, she didn't move back home either, she watches from the distance to understand if she needs it or not and it's also completely fine after everything. I don't get why it's granted to treat fictional character as if they're perfect by default and when they screw up then they're bad or something. Real people aren't perfect, why do fictional ones have to be? Especially in drama?
p.s. I really don't agree with Maya being abusive, she has issues, she coped unhealthy, but I personally don't see abuse. She may be a bit selfish at her low moments. And narcissists are all about self love and supremacy, if we remember the times before she met Carina and acknowledged her father's abuse, she was a carbon copy of Lane, she indeed, copied him and he really is a narcissist.
Aside from him, she, is caring and selfless when she's not in self-defense mode, narcissists are not.
No offense taken. Ido see a lot of your points. I will say that tonight’s episode went a long way in terms of showing Maya’s growth and willingness to learn how to work through it. I like the direction they’re taking with this, it seems a lot healthier. I’ve always been a huge fan of Maya. I thought it was really hard to watch her push away the people that really love her time and time again. I was losing faith in her character as a good person. She’s been difficult to like through a lot of this. Before her relationship with C, she was such a positive presence. There have been some drastic personality fluctuations with her since C. It has truly been some in-depth character development. Excited to see how this unfolds. Excellent video edits BTW.

@@shalinquah yeah, I guess the difficulty of her makes her even more interesting as a character (for me at least, I basically feel seen a bit) the relationship with Carina surely changed her a lot. I would even say like in a massive amount, she literally turned 180° and it's so good to watch, realistic in some ways. I'm also very excited about what's the future episodes hold for her, but her growth is insane and I'm loving every second of it.
