I see you have Quetzalcoatl for wind persona but why not Vishnu? He is a max fool arcana persona so you will get him near end game. He has Panta rhei and vaccum wave, better than the dyne's And he has "Vahana" Trait which reduces the big SP cost to little SP (Panta rhei costs 42 SP, but with Vahana, it only cost 11) Edit: Hope this helps!
at this time i didnt have the vishnu but I do now as I'm further into the story I had to go with second best for those since I was about to fight the god of control if you would like I could do a refight with those personas
