I have been a subscriber of your channel for many years. I really enjoy your quality content. I like how you educate viewers on neighborhoods, trends, markets, etc. But it is a little discouraging that most of the homes that you showcase are multimillion dollar homes. Can you please showcase houses that regular people can afford? Some viewers are looking in the $600k, $700k, $800k range. Everybody isn’t a multimillionaire.

Absolutely- I'm currently planning a series about the areas I find most beneficial for the $550k-$850k price point. These include some of lake nona but also places like Winter Springs, Minneola/Clermont, parts of Oviedo (maybe even baldwin or winter park.) Even though its great to get behind the gates of these luxury homes, my average customer I work with is still in the $600k-$900k range. Finding the better quality listings in that range is tough these days. It takes patience and knowing what to look for, then being ready to strike (and compromise). Thank you for watching and I WILL make more content geared toward this! promise

You can wakeboard from your backyard if you lived here (and had someone to drive the boat)

You're a realtor and signing up for 7 1/2% mortgage? Wow.... I am not sure you should be making youtube videos.. Refinancing is not free, and most people don't stay in their home very long. So, you lose.

I took a lender credit of $7,500 that pays for the refi (now who's smarter). Date the rate, marry the house (or the lot, in this case since I built a spec home). And I also put more than 50% down. conservative financing. Those that lose are those that are too hesitant when the right opportunity passes them by. And they wish they had found a way to make it work.
