Ian Rowe: Agency vs. Equity, Which Path Forward for American Education?

Ian Rowe visited Wheatley Institute to give a lecture to BYU students and local community members alike. He focused on the importance of helping children to understand how they can use their agency to make a better future for themselves, rather than relying on the blame-the-victim and blame-the-system mentality that emerges from the common continual emphasis on equity.
