Union Pacific 844 From Gooding to Glenns Ferry, Idaho

In this video, we rise early in the morning to observe the UP 844 and the 2017 Boise Turn Special depart Gooding, Idaho bound for Boise. The train is spotted on the main street crossing to pick up several VIPs and guests for the ride. We then take to the main line following the train along through several different locations which once saw Union Pacific's famous "Portland Rose" passenger train go by on a daily basis.
