There's a lot of realtors who would love you; you're adding thousands to tens of thousands of dollars of aesthetic/curb appeal to these properties, between mowing and pressure-washing. Subbed!

Another idea for all you guys getting started that are willing to do some landscaping. Offer “external staging” packages to real estate agents. Go in and get garden beds defined, add in some cheap fresh mulch, and offer to cut the lawn once a week for a respectable price while the house is on the market and you’ll get your name and business to more neighborhoods faster. Tack on extra services like power washing the driveway, house, deck, etc. for an extra price to build in profit. Not something I have personal experience with but it’s always been one of those “have truck, will work” ideas I’ve had in case I get fired and need to work for myself part time.

I work in an HVAC office and for marketing it's about $450 for us to get a new customer. We are a top company and word of mouth is still the best lead. Be good to your customers and they will be good to and for you. Be empathetic

Irs not covered under lawncare. With my insurance. I had it before. I find I don't have time for it when grass cutting season gets going.. you come across that
