I was born and raised in Vermont, i would have been about 8 or 9 at the time of the alleged ‘Fry Oil Incident’. You can trust me that this OBVIOUSLY didn’t happen, if such a thing DID happen, even in the most rural of towns, THE WHOLE STATE would have been abuzz in HOURS (news travels by mouth VERY fast here), and would be an infamous legend even today.
I have an actually weird real story that happened in my life: when I had been younger I had a lot of really weird dreams, but there was this one group of dreams I had featuring a weird side character from the pretty popular, sesame street in which a side character named Murray and who had a little lamb, this character is based of Mary and her little lamb, the first dream I had of them has started as I woke in my room the television I had a static screen just playing white noise until I saw the character Murray as I seen him looking for his friend the lamb but as he checked around he started running around a park with a lake, as Murray found a lamb he had stood still he started to walk weirdly before getting closer and closer to the lake and jump in and when I had saw him in the water again bubbles started to form a bit before the stopped which now that I think about it now it scared me, but even then it freaked me out when I was younger it disturbed me when I tryed to feel and comprehend the idea of a character of nice nature being the cause of their own death at the end of the dream Murray had almost been fully submerged into the lake, I had multiple similiar dreams to this giving into different fears of mine such as loud noises and sporadic images featuring murray, but as I grew up more the dreams just started stop occurring, I still don’t know what could have caused those dreams to occur in my young mind, because I hadn’t mentioned this earlier but I was at least 7 years old at the time, when ever I tell anyone this story they don’t even know who the character murray was even when I showed them images, it still confuses me on how no one I told knew this character like family and friends, even though these dreams had stopped a long time ago I still pray every night that I never have to see any of these dreams again. - Berry artist
This story you just told was honestly scarier than this creepypasta! I used to have dreams that were beyond my control like that too! Its always much scarier when the dream features characters from your childhood that shouldn't be there. Fortunately I have an answer for you for why you mightve had the dream: Recurring dreams and dreams of watching something terrifying or violent unfold in front of you are you psychologically telling yourself you don't have control of your own life or you feel vulnerable and are afraid of change. The fact that you don't have those dreams anymore is a sign that was just a stage your kid mind was going through with that type of fear. I hope this helped 😁

It makes sense that McDonald’s wouldn’t be that popular anymore with attracting people after changes over the years. People forget that not everything in this world is always meant to be for adults. Adults can have McDonald’s and whatnot, it’s just that the THEME of it is for kids and so furniture and playgrounds shouldn’t be changed. I don’t mind about getting rid of Ronald McDonald, cause it doesn’t make sense to have a clown for a mascot for a fast food restaurant, but the classier look for a classier America is just a load of crap
