    Now, LET’S MAKE SOME PLANT BASED PUMPKIN FLUFF!
    Here are the ingredients you’ll need to make this fluffy pumpkin creation.
    Ingredients:
    1 (14 oz can of coconut milk - let sit so the cream can rise to the top, this is what we’ll use to replace the whipped cream.)
    1 ½ cups of pumpkin puree
    ¼ cup of maple syrup
    1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
    Let’s make Pumpkin Fluff!
    Here’s what you do:
    -In a large mixing bowl, stir together pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice and maple syrup.
    -Next, add in coconut cream that you skimmed off the top of your coconut milk.
    -Using your hand mixer, mix until combined.
    -Now it’s time for the refrigerator! Place your pumpkin fluff in the refrigerator to chill for about 45 minutes. Then eat!
    -That’s it! Now, wasn’t that simple?!
