Actually I think you will find its majority K-Pop Fans rather than EXO fans in particular.. Some of these people are beyond ridiculous. I mean K-Pop Idols have to apologise if they are dating because it upsets the fans so much they go into a huge outroar like its their business which makes me sick. It's a trend that if someone does something in english that its terrible because its taking away from the K-Pop "Uniqueness" One of the best things about K-Pop in my opinion is that its different and its upbeat (in some cases) and if people want to do english covers I say let them! It's nice to be able to understand an interpretation of a song in a language I otherwise wouldn't know. Not everyone can learn multi-lingual languages and MUSIC IS UNIVERSAL. People are just desperate for attention when they sit here and take enjoyment out of posting negative comments towards someone

But you could also say he is a fan of K-Pop and he's showing it in his own way. You can't deny the guys got talent. It mustn't have been all too easy to have matched up words to a song everyone has heard in Korean and still make it sound good. I loved the first song I heard and I feel his love for the music as much as I love it. I admire him for taking something people wouldn't normally do and putting his own spin on it. At least he is saying who the song is by originally and not claiming it entirely his own. It's something he would have had to have done anyway and I am sure he would have needed some kind of permission too so I wouldn't jump to the conclusion that its "stolen" necessarily as I'm sure he worked hard on this as well. Personally I like the way he has put an English/American flavour on K-pop. I find it quite appealing and I am a HUGE EXO fan. I guess it doesn't make me angry because I appreciate his direct interest in it and showing the world that just because it's foreign you can't put it in the 'don't touch it' because i don't understand it therefore it must suck basket. If I was any of the EXO members I would be flattered and cheering him on but again that might just be me here.

"Growl" was originally composed by 3 American composers (Check out the songwriters section) and they just sold it directly to SM. Since Chad future knows Drew Ryan Scott (the composer of "Wolf"), it would not be a surprise if he contacted the original composers by relationship.

I loved the first song I heard and I feel his love for the music as much as I love it. I admire him for taking something people wouldn't normally do and putting his own spin on it. At least he is saying who the song is by originally and not claiming it entirely his own. It's something he would have had to have done anyway and I am sure he would have needed some kind of permission too so I wouldn't jump to the conclusion that its "stolen" necessarily as I'm sure he worked hard on this as well. Personally I like the way he has put an English/American flavour on K-pop. I find it quite appealing and I am a HUGE EXO fan. I guess it doesn't make me angry because I appreciate his direct interest in it and showing the world that just because it's foreign you can't put it in the 'don't touch it' because i don't understand it therefore it must suck basket. If I was any of the EXO members I would be flattered and cheering him on but again that might just be me here.

"Growl" was originally composed by 3 American composers (Check out the songwriters section) and they just sold it directly to SM. Since Chad future knows Drew Ryan Scott (the composer of "Wolf"), it would not be a surprise if he contacted the original composers by relationship.
