They take random things said in other movies and give them meaning in later films. The Russo's are on record saying that's what they do. That's the beauty of the MCU. Each Director is allowed to create his vision and the next Director takes what has been laid down and adds to it in some fashion. Watch he Director's Round table extra on the Infinity War Blu Ray and you'll see them all talking about it. It's pretty cool.
The title comes from Age of Ultron where Tony said, "we can bust arms dealer all day, but that up there, that's the end game." Dr. Strange referenced it because he'd time traveled and he knew Tony would know what he meant.

This Trailer was great, emotional. I think Hawkeye lost his family in the dusting, Cap meantions lost friends, lost Family and we see Hawkeye. Yeah how does Scott get out of quantum realm? did he figure out something with time vortex, Janet mentions at end of Antman & Wasp? Can't Wait!
I felt the loss when I saw the look on Hawkeye, now Ronin's face when they said "we lost family.", cause you know not all of Clint's family survived the snap. Now he is just taking his grief out on people with that mind set of "Why do bad people like this deserve to live when my family was wiped out!?". Going to be interesting to see where they go with his character.
FINALLY: Avengers 4 title is revealed! Endgame is a very good title to be honest. As for releasing another trailer: I am ok with this trailer alone, but I wouldn't mind to see one more trailer either. I would like to see more of the story itself, but this trailer alone looks fantastic as well. Either way, 2019 is going to be a great year for marvel fans! Either way, guys.
