Old buddie from Nigeria how do I lean balance or keep the bike while trying to switch the time machine,, I've search for ur video in particular to learn this ure my favorite teacher

Hello bro! So when switching from peg wheelie to time machine I recommend trying to learn lung spins first, the transition in momentum will be similar, but a lot easier. Then for time machines look at your peg when switching hands, and lean into the spin locking into the position. What helps me as well is putting my foot on my bottom bracket to add a point of contact so that the spin is more stable. I hope that helps! let me know if you have any questions. & Thank you for your kind words!!

It could just be the repetition and you using muscles you don't regularly train. In time machine you use your upper body a lot to hold the bike, so that would be my guess. Solution? Workout more often and start some strength and endurance training, yoga is also a practice that will help you stay mobile and loose. Also stretching after your session can help elongate the cramped muscles so they're not as sore the next day. If you have any questions let me know!

Which way do you 180 bunny hop? Clockwise or counter clockwise?

I do them clockwise, but when I first earned I done it goofy, so I can do both ways. In spinning and rolling tricks though I only turn right

    Could I try without pegs?

It's possible to do a manual to pedal time machine, however it's incredibly difficult. But possible! You can check out my pedal time machine video. I would recommend getting some pegs on and learning time machines on the pegs first though to be comfortable in this motion and position

I wish I could help you, but I can't remember at this point. I know I found it on RUclips by typing in something like 'no copyright vlog d&b' or something like that. You could try the Shazam app see if it can recognise this

True! haha, but hey on the grand scale of things compared with No Handed Blenders and Crossfoot Pivots I think it is intermediate.
