Wilson breaks him out and gives him an AR-2. So there’s a very strong chance 3650 will join the resistance now that he is against the combine.

My guess is that they would get into a match with Bad Cop already in the resistance, however, he would understand Adrian's side and join him, with both chasing Freeman, only for Adrian to betray G-man and so they would all team up even with Barney to face the G-man somehow and save Alyx, maybe Chell would show up too?
