Welcome to the day in the life of a construction entrepreneur in Essex. This weeks episode we have been working on all our 3 big projects plus an additional Project , a lovely kitchen diner with utility room and office , I put margaretting on hold for 1 week, insulation and plaster b oard over our western road project, splayed special lintel , soffits fascia and gutters and flat roof bay on our project in Ramsden, with en suite and walk in walkdrobe. Screeders are in on the billericay project, then the tiler on monday.

Quality mate.. Wifey watched this one. a couple of points. 1, she says you scratch your nutz a lot. 2, I said she shouldn't be looking.... At 10:45 on the time line lololol (check window)..... Now to more serious stuff. I really do love watching these. A great guide to what's going on, the regs being covered. The way that you blend the works together. Hahahaha. Shit lol. I did notice when i was editing, im trying to find it lol. I really appreciate the comments Paul. I should start getting some of these jobs finished in the next few weeks. I bet you cant wait to move into your empty castle with no windows water or electric

Good to see how you did the tiles with the cement. Is that a build buddy mixer? I just brought one second hand from up the road in Averly, are they any good if it is a buidl buddy from screwfix/B&Q?
Hello Glen. Its the one from screwfix that looks like a belle. I assumed it would be good, to be totally honest it was £250, and it turns, but thats about it. Its very very slow.
