- Max set some hard boulder problem at Steinbock Nürnberg for me.
It took me some effort and a handful tries to get it done.

@@jensmuecke Its my local gym, they got some really hard lookin problems there. I guess Magnus would love it!
@@Jakobsch1 usually 99% of gym routes end at 7c so they would flash everything
@@chickenflair7977 our second hardest routes (what i am sometimes able to climb) are about 7b and we got a kilter board. still guess they'd like it.
@@Jakobsch1 7b is warmup for them xD but Kilteboard ist cool... usually everthing in his style under 8a should a 9b climber do in 1-3 trys
beyond being amazed by alex's climbing and sense of humor, his english level is so impressive. It's clear Alex puts a lot of time and effort into his pursuits, and for this: mad respect!

Great looking boulder... shame that competitions have lost the plot so severely, that bloc looks 100x more interesting to climb or watch than the vast majority of WC blocs.
Much more interesting to watch while Alex has hours to try it maybe, but in a competition with a 5 minute time limit, you're not giving this more than 2 proper goes. Those goes will also have a signifcant effect on your power for all the other boulders considering how much rest you have between boulders.

@@imaboostedanimal2774 i know hes one of the strongest :D But the legs are genetic. I dont train legs and have fking huge ones :D

I feel the same way sometimes, just no where near the difficulty of boulders. There is something to say about the fire inside to get something.

You shouldn't do more than like two or three days.
Trying to imagine just how difficult and frustrating that became, requiring 8 attempts before success....but for me it was definitely grueling, as well as, entertaining to watch! Strength, mad skill and intestinal fortitude at work! Bravo!
Alex wanted a "Hard Boulder" that would make him feel tired afterwards! I think he got what he wished for! haha
