if working with limited equipment - two spreaders just kissing the bottom off the car and ground behind the front wheels . pull the pins from the tyres and deflate . Remove the wheels and lower the car to the floor by closing the spreaders thus creating a good 8 inches of space. then pull that car out.
Excuse my ignorance but the front of the car was secured, why not just pull the car? it was NOT going to bounce up, there was not any precaution when pulling victim, possible severe spine damage
To the comment on trash and dash i understand, but the more you practice the more you'l play that way. The more you train the less frazzled you will be in the real deal. Mental conditioning.

This is real good training and stuff but in the real world 90% of the stuff is not done it's trash and dash to get them out
