(1) The additional lineage in this combination is FLAC ~ WAV ~ editing in WaveLab Elements 7 ~ WAV ~ FLAC 8 & SBE removal (TLH). Editing was limited to the adjustments in volume necessary to make the patches and combination work. No EQ or speed adjustments were applied at any point in the process.
(2) Mystery Train is cut before the end; as of January 2013, this is all that circulates.
