  • Acute Cholecystitis: Patient shows their gallbladder is massively enlarged with gallbladder wall thickening and extensive inflammatory change in the surrounding mesentery findings compatible with acute severe cholecystitis. Furthermore, there is a solid mass within the midpole on the lateral aspect of the left kidney measures 1.8cm x 1.6cm this is most compatible with a renal cell carcinoma. The patient was asked to proceed to the hospital for Cholecystectomy.
