Great video. Top quality. At this price you have a house in Switzerland. Crazy prices in Bangkok. In KL you have two or even 3 condo (250-300sqm) at this price.

@@JettGunther Bangkok has learned to do ultra luxurious residential condominiums and hotels especially in Bangkok, which is the Dubai of South East Asia or soon to be. Yeah, Singapore already does it but you won’t break your bank account in Bangkok and it’s much nicer in Bangkok as compared to tiny Singapore. Keep up a nice work, Jett.

@@Shaklore This is their latest video that I saw. I think the man and lady are married to each other based on their interactions on prior videos that I saw. The RUclips Video channel is called spin9; they have close to 130 million views of their videos since launching in Dec 2006.
I like some of their videos but I cannot understand them since they speak exclusively Thai without any English subtitles.
But I think Jett can do as good as job or better. He will likely need to have a female co-host to rocket his channel.

quick question.. why are all the apartments on the 30 to 50 floor.. if we want something on the 4 or 5th floor and can buy 600 meter square with a good terrace. Is that okay. This is not even free hold. its like a 33 year lease agreement. if that is possible for 4 or 5 th floor i would be interested.

I don't know who are the designers of these condos... they all look the same, hospital and cold look of glass, metal and synthetic materials. With no wood anywhere.
There are plenty of wood-themed condos in Bangkok. Check out the Sukhothai Residence.
Way over priced for an average quality finish , nice but not £2,000,000 nice.
Really I’ve seen much less for a whole lot more try NY City,,Location is worth the price alone,
