Really enjoyed the outtakes on this one. I am a few episodes behind right now. My biggest sleep routine is that I have to switch my mindset from “I have to fall asleep” to “isn’t it nice that I can relax right now.” It sounds like it wouldn’t work but it flips me from feeling like sleep is a chore to feeling like sleep is a blessing. Also I put my phone away one hour before bedtime (almost) every day.
