INGREDIENTS:
Frozen spinach 400g fresh 1kg
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
Champignon mushrooms 200g
2 small green onions
Cream Cheese 70g (Philadelphia)
Puff pastry
Grated mozzarella 70g
1 egg yolk + 1 tablespoon milk
White sesame
1 Mozzarella fior di latte
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 25-30 minutes
