বাওয়ালির জমিদার মণ্ডলদের দুটো রাসবাড়ি আছে টালিগঞ্জ রোডে। একটি চেতলা বড় রাসবাড়ি, আর অন্যটি চেতলা ছোট রাসবাড়ি। নামে রাসবাড়ি হলেও এই দুটি রাসবাড়ি আসলে দুটি মন্দিরপ্রাঙ্গণ। আমাদের এই ভিডিওটি বিষয় ছোট রাসবাড়ি। যার ঠিকানা ৯৩ নম্বর টালিগঞ্জ রোড।
এখানে গেলে দেখা যায় পাঁচিল দিয়ে ঘেরা এই মন্দির প্রাঙ্গণে একটি বিশাল নবরত্ন মন্দির যেটি শ্রী শ্যামসুন্দর আর গোপাল জীউয়ের। তার ঠিক দুপাশে দুটি ছোট পঞ্চরত্ন মন্দির। আর বাকি তিনদিক ঘিরে টানা বারান্দা, সবগুলি বারান্দা ঘিরে মোট বারোটি শিবমন্দির। এরমধ্যে দু’পাশের শিবমন্দিরগুলি আবার বাংলার আটচালা স্টাইলের।
মন্দিরগুলিতে এখনো নিত্য পূজো হয়, প্রতিদিন সকালে এই নিত্যপূজার সময় মন্দিরের গেট খোলা থাকে, একমাত্র সেসময়ই এই মন্দিরে প্রবেশ করা যায়। বাকি সময় মন্দির গেট বন্ধ থাকে। বিভিন্ন মন্দির গবেষকের মতে ছোট রাসবাড়ির এই প্রধান নবরত্ন মন্দিরের আদলেই তৈরি করা হয়েছিল দক্ষিণেশ্বরের ভবতারিণী মন্দিরটি ।
যেটুকু জানা যায় এই ছোট রাসবাড়ি মন্দিরের কাজ শুরু হয় ১৮৪৬ সালের মার্চ মাসে, আর তা শেষ হয় ১৮৪৭ সালের এপ্রিলে। সেই হিসেবে এই মন্দিরগুলি প্রায় ১৭৫ বছরের প্রাচীন। মন্দিরটি প্রতিষ্ঠা করেন বাওয়ালি রাজপরিবারের সদস্য প্যারিলাল মনমোহন মণ্ডল।

The zamindar mandals of Bawali have two ‘Rashbari’ on Tollygunge Road. One is Chetla Bara Rashbari, and the other is Chetla Choto Rashbari or Choto Rasbari. Although named Rashbari, these two Rashbari are actually two temple complexes. The subject of our video is Choto Rashbari. Whose address is 93 Tollygunge Road.
If you go here, you can see a huge Navaratna temple in the courtyard of this temple surrounded by walls. This belongs to Shri Shyamsunder and Gopal Jiu. There are two small Pancharatna temples on either side of it. The other three verandas are surrounded by a total of twelve Shiva temples. The Shiva temples on both sides are again in the Atchala style of Bengal.
Worship is still in the temple, the gates of the temple are open every morning during this daily worship, only then can one enter the temple. The rest of the time the temple gate is closed. According to various temple researchers, the Bhavatarini temple of Dakshineswar was built in the style of this main Navaratna temple of a Choto Rashbari.
As far as is known, the work of this Choto Rashbari temple started in March 1846 and was completed in April 1847. As such, these temples are about 175 years old. The temple was established by Parilal Manmohan Mandal, a member of the Bawali royal family.

তেমন নির্দিষ্ট কোন সময় নেই । তবে আমরা কথা বলে যা জেনেছিলাম, সকাল ৬ টা ৬:৩০ নাগাদ মন্দির কিছু সময়ের জন্য খোলা হয় ।

প্রবেশের কোনো নির্দিষ্ট সময় নেই । তবে সকালের দিকে কিছু সময়ের জন্য মন্দির গেট খোলা থাকে বলে শুনেছি, তবে তারও নির্দিষ্ট কোনো সময় নেই । ভাগ্য ভালো থাকলে ঢুকতে পারবেন ।। আমরা প্রায় ছ'বার গিয়ে মাত্র একবারই খোলা পেয়েছি । তবে বিশেষ তাড়া না থাকলে বলরামের রাসের দিন (এপ্রিল মাসের মাঝামাঝিতে হয়) যেতে পারেন, সেসময় সারা দিন খোলা থাকে ।
ভিডিওটা দেখার জন্য অনেক ধন্যবাদ ।।
