I just realized the other night that the knife I was looking at was the Spark and I wondered why "Light My Fire" was nowhere on the package. When I saw your video on the side list I had to see it. I hope I can get a few of the old models before they're all sold out. My first Moras were the Pro Series Robust and two of the bright green Companions. Along with my Kershaw Antelope Hunter and Bear Hunter, I love the Moras. Great job on the video, I'll have to watch out for your videos and watch you again.

Spark is $21 usd on amazon right now. I have the light my fire good back up, emergency bad or backpacking knife etc. Saw no need for the spark...until I saw it for $21 and said what the heck...great review and hope I feel differently!

I agree ☝️ I also like separate fire rod,but Mora light my fire 🔥 looks nice and cool 😎,,this new one?? I don't know what to say,,but there's an alternative,,Bahco 1446 nice knife with sharp spine perfect for fire 🔥 rod,,hard to find but inexpensive..

Currently my belt carry is a PSK Buffalo skinner...I haven’t done a video on yet, but will. I’m just waiting on my WC knives Master-woodsman 2 to see if that replaces it first! It wouldnt be worth it postage kill it, no real legai reason, customs wont let flick knives or those stupid zombie knives in but most things are ok. Thanks for your kind and generous thougts..stay upright brother
It would be my luck that someone with OCD doing an incredibly comprehensive review would gloss over the one thing that drives me nuts about the companion spark... ..The third hole in the striker handle. My hands are wide and I often find the meat of my palm sinking in and rubbing on that section. It irritated me enough that I gave it away.
I don’t know if I should laugh or cry. Sorry bud, the hole didn’t really bug me, but the length of handle did. I appreciate you watching and taking the time to comment. The more I’ve used the spark, I really think they just through the knife together, I do believe there was a lot more thought put into the LMF. I do not understand how they came up with the colors for this knife. Make black and safety orange first, then Mora blue, then OD green, then firetruck red, then FDE, then whatever other weird colors you want. Was the product manager out to lunch when they decided what colors to make? Who thought black, avocado green, mora blue, brick red and baby shit yellow was a good idea?

I like Mora but not these models. I like to carry a separate fire starter. But a good detailed comp-arising of the two.
