Thank you! This workout started to get easy for me... until I realised that I was forgetting about tiny details and so doing incorrect form in many exercises! Once I focused on copying you precisely in each exercise, it became very challenging!

I would say I’m advanced at fitness, 25 years plus in the gym.. missing the gym during this lockdown, and had to find ways to maintain, so I bought a few things, including bands. So much content to choose, and tried, but Larie, you kicked my middle aged butt and I loved it..more please. I love this one and will do it for many times! Great advice to do total body few times a week and the rest should focus on upper or lower body. I do one ab session every day as well. My 7 months post partum belly is not my all time best ;D

Done with this burning one! 😀 A tough Monday morning! Isn't there anything better 😀? Paired this one with my other 40 minute mostly toning workout but with a little low impact cardio segment and enjoyed every moment of those 70 minutes 🤗. The only thing I was praying for is not doing both leg raises somehow 😀😀😀when maintaining the plank and I failed to do the burpees and push-ups combo so I sticked to just doing burpees. Thank you, Larie for a fantastic workout and my good and tough Monday morning!
Fellow viewers beware: this is not a beginner work out. Balance is very much needed and if you’re only beginning this is going to drive you nuts... good workout I’m sure but not beginner friendly.

Beginners beware! This workout is a killer and should probably be labeled as an intermediate or advanced workout. Pushed through the workout but felt so discouraged that I don't imagine myself doing other workouts on this channel. It's unfortunate because she has amazing energy and a lovely voice

The band needs some give to it (moderate- lighter resistance) ❤️ If the band is too much for upper body, try this one out that is lower body focused. I can definitely supp some inner thigh work in the next mini band video! My fave exercise for that area is the machine adductor (at most gyms) high reps with a pause in the contraction ❤️
Some do, yes. The bands we use at orangetheory fitness break constantly. I’ve found the ones from dick sporting goods are really durable. The brand is called “fitness gear”.

I haven't viewed the online video, so I cannot speak to the quality of that piece of the set. However, everything else is perfect for what I was looking for. The bands are durable, and the resistance strength varies enough between bands that they're each useful for different exercises and provide a great challenge as you gradually increase the resistance level for certain exercises. The only band I don't use very often is the lowest resistance band, but even that is nice for exercises that target weaker/seldom used muscle groups.
I am a beginner can I devide this work out for the first 15 mins on Monday then 15-30 mins on Tuesday. Rest day on Wednesday then first 15 mins again on Thursday then 15-30 mins on Friday. I will onclude the cool down exercise like child's post and cobra stretch. Is this okay?

You can gain strength and muscle at any age 💪

You could for sure. I typically limit a workout to once a week into a workout split
