    Thank you for providing the most intense mini band work out I have found thus far. I work out in my hotel room and have just begun with mini bands and haven't found many videos to be very challenging until this one, please keep the difficulty high! Thank you!

    Thank you! This workout started to get easy for me... until I realised that I was forgetting about tiny details and so doing incorrect form in many exercises! Once I focused on copying you precisely in each exercise, it became very challenging!

    Loved, loved, loved this workout! I would say I’m advanced at fitness, 25 years plus in the gym.. missing the gym during this lockdown, and had to find ways to maintain, so I bought a few things, including bands. So much content to choose, and tried, but Larie, you kicked my middle aged butt and I loved it..more please. Also love all the technical talk, I know others may think otherwise, but I felt like I was in the gym. Am subscribed and will be trying many more of your sessions. Thank you 🥰

    Hmmm there were times I did not feel that much burn... am I just so strong?? Nooo, I need to revise the technique... thanks for the wonderful presentation! I love this one and will do it for many times! Great advice to do total body few times a week and the rest should focus on upper or lower body. I do one ab session every day as well. My 7 months post partum belly is not my all time best ;D

    Hi Larie! This was my first workout with you, and it was great! Those mini bands are so fun to work with, and so effective. It doesn't seem like it would be that challenging, but it is! 😀🔥. I enjoyed this workout so much, because so many of the mini band videos use it just for the booty, but you proved that you can use it for the upper body, too! 👍😁. I'm glad I found you, and I am looking forward to trying out more of your workouts 💪😃

I also use dumbbells but resistance bands are a hidden gem that you can really get a good workout with. Will definitely do this one again.     Loving your workouts - I am new to booty band and still learning the different exercises. It would be great if you could create a one week playlist (or maybe 6 classes and one rest day) of your booty band workout with a mix of total body & target groups to help start my routine :)

    Done with this burning one! 😀 A tough Monday morning! Isn't there anything better 😀? Paired this one with my other 40 minute mostly toning workout but with a little low impact cardio segment and enjoyed every moment of those 70 minutes 🤗. The only thing I was praying for is not doing both leg raises somehow 😀😀😀when maintaining the plank and I failed to do the burpees and push-ups combo so I sticked to just doing burpees. Thank you, Larie for a fantastic workout and my good and tough Monday morning!

    Fellow viewers beware: this is not a beginner work out. Balance is very much needed and if you’re only beginning this is going to drive you nuts... good workout I’m sure but not beginner friendly.

      * hence the single leg deadlift as a thumbnail and the word “challenging” in the title * There are some verbal options/modifications available, but yes I agree, probably not the the best for beginners... I don’t believe I ever stated this was beginner friendly 🤷‍♀️ please correct me if the previous statement is wrong.

    Beginners beware! This workout is a killer and should probably be labeled as an intermediate or advanced workout. Pushed through the workout but felt so discouraged that I don't imagine myself doing other workouts on this channel. It's unfortunate because she has amazing energy and a lovely voice

      That’s one way of looking at it. Or you can strive to do better and better every single time. This one is continuous which does amp it up x10. I think I will label it the way you suggested.

      Also, if the band is too heavy it won’t work for anyone! The band needs some give to it (moderate- lighter resistance) ❤️
      If the band is too much for upper body, try this one out that is lower body focused. (It’s not labeled as beginner, but as an option you can slide the band up above the knees to make it more do-able) ruclips.net/video/KN91lrq5euQ/видео.html

    I have a favor to ask you, could yup please make a complex exercise to train inner thigh muscle with resistance band.
    These groups muscle always hard to train.

      Hey Larisa (my name is Larissa too, but with an extra s) I find a great way to work the inner thighs at home are with ankle weights and or a ball! I can definitely supp some inner thigh work in the next mini band video! If you go to my booty and leg workouts here: ruclips.net/p/PLkdaCg6IG0aWXnWSsepG4Dq3OZEW1Z2Nj you will find some videos that hit inner thighs! My fave exercise for that area is the machine adductor (at most gyms) high reps with a pause in the contraction ❤️

      Some do, yes. The bands we use at orangetheory fitness break constantly. I’ve found the ones from dick sporting goods are really durable. The brand is called “fitness gear”.

    This set comes with 5 bands of varying resistance, a storage bag, ruclips.net/user/postUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y a small pamphlet with some sample exercises, and an access code for an online workout video. I haven't viewed the online video, so I cannot speak to the quality of that piece of the set. However, everything else is perfect for what I was looking for. The bands are durable, and the resistance strength varies enough between bands that they're each useful for different exercises and provide a great challenge as you gradually increase the resistance level for certain exercises. The only band I don't use very often is the lowest resistance band, but even that is nice for exercises that target weaker/seldom used muscle groups.

    I am a beginner can I devide this work out for the first 15 mins on Monday then 15-30 mins on Tuesday. Rest day on Wednesday then first 15 mins again on Thursday then 15-30 mins on Friday. I will onclude the cool down exercise like child's post and cobra stretch. Is this okay?

    How many times a week do you do this? Is it okay to do it on mwf?

      You could for sure. I typically limit a workout to once a week into a workout split
