    Wow, what a trip! I believe I've seen those planes in my city as well. Never looked into them,
    I am curious now how the same trip would compare with Ceasar's rewards Las Vegas? (Esp considering the dwindling customer service in Vegas, lol!)
    Worst flight ever? Have landed in storms at Pearson. We had one the first time on an airline that was NOT CP or Ward air, my sister and I as kids flying alone. The whole outside of the plane was orange from lightning flashes and we could hear the thunder. We had a couple of sudden drops of several feet - definitely not fun. This was back in the 80s so they just landed us and all was good. Had another experience as a youth where my plane taxied the back area of Pearson for several hours. They wouldn't stop the plane (Think "Speed"). I'll let you guess what the issue was there - (suffice to say they had all the glass boarded up when we finally got to the terminal) again flying on my own as a child. Precious memories. I think as "seasoned" travelers, we just get used to these things, lol!
    Glad you got home safely!

      @@bjones3622 check out the trips from your neck of the woods! My only option from here is Atlantic City. I do have the option of flying out of the airport in Buffalo and Detroit and that opens up another couple of destinations so maybe I'll look into one of those in the future.
      The more you travel, the more you get used to the literal ups and downs. Apparently when we were flying to Toronto from the UK as kids, we were hitting a lot of crazy turbulence and my mom was scared. We were so young, luckily we didn't understand what was happening and just kept playing. Ignorance is bliss I suppose!

    We are going in 5 days, when will they tell us where our seat is on the plane? Also I want to use a credit card different from the one I used to book the trip. How do they do that if the rooms are already assigned and we don't go to the front desk to check in. Thanks for the video and if you cant answer my questions it's all good

      @@TWODIRTYSLOTS we didn't find out where we were sitting until we got to the airport. They will do their best to try and fulfill your requests and have you and whoever you're traveling with sit together though. As for the credit card, they will use the one you booked with so I would suggest trying to get in contact with them before your trip to see if you can change it or maybe visit the front desk once you're there. I hope that helps and that you have a good trip!

      @@Spot_Wright Yes I went to Biloxi, Mississippi back in December, which was my first Caesars Rewards trip, going to Atlantic City back in February was my second Caesars Rewards trip. I'm looking at maybe booking a third trip sometime. I'm a big fan of your videos, and I also love to travel, I think it would be cool if maybe we met sometime on another trip.

      @@jamiedodd1991 where did you travel to Biloxi from? From what I could see, we could only go to AC from Toronto. Did you fly from Buffalo or Detroit? And thanks so much! I definitely want to do another AC trip soon. I'm off to Vegas next week for my birthday so there will be plenty more content on the horizon. I'm sure our paths will cross on another Caesars trip ☺️

      @@Spot_Wright I drove my car across the border and flew out of Detroit to go to Biloxi, I live in London, Ontario so I'm pretty much right in the middle between Toronto and Windsor and Detroit. I go to Caesars in Windsor quite often, I also go to the MGM Grand in Detroit often too. And that's awesome I hope you have a great birthday, I've always wanted to go to Las Vegas, I've never been there but I would love to go to Las Vegas sometime.

      @@jamiedodd1991 you definitely have to go to Vegas! If you liked AC, you'll love Vegas. I love Caesars Windsor and MGM Detroit. I haven't been this year though as their offers weren't as nice but maybe they'll start throwing some good offers to me again and I'll see you there!

    Not sure why they made a stink about the lightning, it's pretty common. Most commercial aircraft get struck about once a year. Although it does suck to be diverted to a different airport due to weather.

    • @Spot_Wright
      @Spot_Wright  Месяц назад

      @@60gregma I think they diverted the plane because the weather was bad in Toronto so they couldn't land. And then when we diverted to Cleveland, they needed to refill the gas and then check the plane to make sure it was safe to fly. I could be wrong though. Thankfully, all was well!

      @@Spot_Wright What's the beverage situation like on the plane? I've heard they do 2 free drinks? I fly Sun Country all the time on their scheduled flights from MSP to LAS. I never check a bag. I have an upcoming Caesars charter to Laughlin. Are carry on (under seat) bags okay?

    • @Spot_Wright
      @Spot_Wright  Месяц назад

      @@60gregma we only got one free drink because its a short flight from Toronto to Atlantic City. We also got a free checked bag, free carry on and free personal item. Much more generous than a lot of the other airlines I use!
