In my personal experience, there are different levels of shyness. I've known shy girls of various types. Ones that are shy at first until you start talking with them and they come out of their shell. But then there are those that it's like a wall you're trying to break through and it almost makes you feel like she is simply indifferent about you or just outright doesn't like you. Essentially, it's girls who may like you, a lot, but will fail to reciprocate any kind of signs that you are giving them, so it basically becomes almost a one way street.
Keep up the great work you are doing! You are helping lots of people including me. I know I will never be perfect but I strive to be the best version I can possibly be.
