With mesh systems the switch is done by the router device automatically so that you are always connected to the nearby AP. I have been using 3 deco for 6 years now. It is amazing and worth every paisa.

That is the worst set up. Better keep a different Ssid and switch manually. With same ssid, switching manually is not possible and the client devices have no idea which access point to connect to for best performance. It simply maintains connection to the current network even if range is very poor and there is another nearby network.
Hi bro. I am using 2 extenders in my home. My wifi router (airtel) is in the first floor. Though one extender supports 5GHZ, the one with 2.4 has better coverage. In effect I have 4 wifi networks at home. The problem is that the extended wifi is too slow. My connection is 200 Mbps and the extended 5g as well as 2.4g signal gives me just 22 mbps. Will this device be a solution to that problem? Getting just 100 mbps will also a bonus. Pls reply.

Annit cannot replicate the issue enn parayum 🙂🤌 Cannot recommend this specific model personally. Go for other mesh routers
Unfortunately Tp link routers have such issues. Tp link makes great hardware and pathetic software. It's better to go with brands like Asus and Netgear.
Mesh wifi is just amazing. Totally worth the money spent. Connect the satelite routers using ethernet cable to get even better performance. Sadly most folks that i recommend it just dont understand (or katta pucham) and end up buying extenders which is a total waste. Just see some of the comments here.

Set the Second router as Access Point in 'Operation Mode', so only base router will assign the IP and network will switch smoother.
