I like the implication toward the end that the humanoids are shepherding you toward the exit, using their unnerving presence to ensure that you don't turn back.

And in the grand finale, there is an unknown for me. A statue at the door. If in the final seconds it is content from a VHS tape, it could be something from the past that we leave open. Unresolved. As it has a room shaped like a chessboard, it could be our ability with emotional games and their respective consequences.

Mmmmm...woooow, that was unexpected. o_o Especially the ending. It was an eerie experience, for sure. I was even morbidly curious about pools that seemed bottomless.

did anyone else notice the slides are dry. that would be awfully painful - especially the huge one towards the end that sends you flying towards some stairs to exit a pool. :D

When I was a teenage, I often dreams about this place where I flew around instead of walking and never actually get wet, even though there are waters beside the path just like this game, I think it’s because I lived in a foreign country and was missing my childhood in my own country. Also home sick.

@@derrickdouglass2477 Thalassophobia is an abnormal fear of the ocean. And I know they're just pools but believe me, pool or not it can be scary if you're swimming alone especially if some pools appear to look that deep and dark. And frankly, I hate swimming alone.

Such a good game in graphics, but in the end nothing happens, and a stupid ending, what a waste... I don't understand how they don't know how to tell a story... Calmly, they could have added a tentacled sea monster, which stalks you all the time in the water parts, and a better ending... if you want stories... I have many... But don't make "meaningless" games please.

Horror can be expressed in many ways. It doesn't have to get monsters or jumpscares to be scary. It's all about the atmosphere, the sounds. Imagine yourself in this place, with weird architecture, a place that doesn't make any sense. It feels tensed. It's another type of horror, but it's not for everyone, of course
it's not horror it's psychology 101 .. anxiety, unsettling delirium, fear, panic, confusion .. ment to evoke that sense of things not being "right" and getting caught off guard buy things out of place
