    "That's because I'm from England, originally". Hahahaha... That's cool man. Thanks for sharing your videos. They are very helpful. I've been using LWKS for a few years and it certainly has progressed but lacks the wacky effects. Cheers, ~Mike

    For some when I try the zoom my video spins out and I have no clue what I'm doing wrong.

    Very cool, and the sound of your video is much better now

    Nice tutorial! With the few videos I've made I was too confused to try and figure out the 3D DVEs, I did just want to say if your image was moving not all hope it lost! You would just have to go in frame by frame which is a ton of work but it works

    • @techismad
      @techismad  2 года назад +1

      Yeah, that's a road I don't want to go down with lightworks. It's ok if the shape your tracking stays the same and just moves. If the perspective shifts, then you will spend hours moving your stuff around.

    Great tutorial. To move a slider to its default position, click anywhere on its horizontal line. No need to type the default number in the block.

    I really like your tutorials, very educational and well done. They have helped me many times, thank you very much!
    if I may, I would like to leave a request, a pro / advanced tutorial on color correction and color grading. I would have appreciated that a lot :)
    Again, tanks a lot!

      Actually, I've been thinking about a solid colour correction tutorial for a long time but I've been avoiding sitting down and making it! I think it's time in the next few weeks to actually do it....

    With the keyframes, couldn’t you just go to the end point, create a key frame (ie it is full screen) then go back to the start, make it fit the screen laptop and create your starting keyframe? Then you don’t have to do the additional step of resetting all the variables.

    Instead of typing in the numbers at 5:16, just clicking anywhere on the sliders also resets the parameters to default.

    Left click anywhere on the horizontal line for X, Y, Z &c. and each will return to its default position -- (No need to type in the right block.).

    Hello, I really liked the video. I also have a question. How can I change the position of the zoom while the video is running. Like the zoom goes from left to right

    • @techismad
      @techismad  4 года назад

      Hey Arda - if you think about how we do the zoom animations, we simply use the keyframes at the START position, move some frames forward and then change some parameters like x,y,z positions, or zooms, or crops. So as long as you know what your start position should be, you can do any animation to make your video go to it's END position.

      I'm right there with you... seriously. If your computer can handle it, try out DaVinci Resolve - it has it all built in
