I left T-Mobile because of their terrible customer service and now I'm going to be subject to it again. Thanks for nothing Mr. Reynolds. All this is, is a stimulus check before the inflation hits in a year or two.

continued using after the 7-day trial...after I purchased the 3 month unlimted plan...sim card became deffective...currently getting LTE signal or no network coverage at all...customer service did not resolve the issue...should have tried a different network
Fix your Support on FB messenger......They never return messages..... TERRIBLE SUPPORT!
I signed up, doesn't work no matter what I have tried and Mint support has auto-hung up on me 9 times now.....10th time 65 minutes waiting ...and live agent promised agent and sent me back to silly virtual bot. Will Mint chat hang up on me a 10th time today? Give it a few minutes. So far no cell service and no support service. Yup, just hug up on me for the 10th time after waiting for another 75 minutes...of typing something each minute to keep the chat window open. THAT's a crappy scam.
Ryan , you team is so terrible, someone was able to gain access to my phone number and conduct fraud transaction in my banking account and this is nothing your support team can do
My service was great prior to T Mobile aquisition. I have internet outages almost daily now. I can't call or send texts on some days, and the advice I get is restart my phone or toggle back and forth on airplane mode. I did not have to do that prior to the acquisition. Unfortunately, I had just purchased a year of Mint Unlimited. My mistake.
When I see this, maybe I'm no longer concerned by the announcement that T-Mobile purchased Mint Mobile. I'm actually excited!

Ryan gets to step away from the baby he made, now that it's walking n talking, and t-mobile gets to keep the ball rolling gaining new customers on the mint marketing team's excellent work, healing old wounds of their pissed-off former sprint customers while maintaining market share dominance and roundhouse kicking verizon's ass. Please don't create an anion particle of negativity - what we say creates our reality. Mint is awesome and cheap and t-mobile 5G internet is giving me about the same speeds up/down as xfinity gigabit which costs over twice as much. Yep.

I pay 45 lines. I currently have two of my main lines, work and personal on Mint Mobile. So far so good. Uploads are between 150 and 450 and down is between 50 and 250
45 different phone lines🎉 you must be busy.
I offer a line for each of my workers.

Good for you. I tried few times couldn't get to activate sim card. Customer service said they can't do anything. But send a lot emails to not forget to activate sim card. Didn't return money.

I’m not getting my verification codes from Klarna,Zip & Afterpay with mint. I’m a new customer hit my 4 day mark today & thinking about leaving already. This sucks
i think what i will do is not use my hotspot right off the bat. itll keep my internet speed up, so it dont crash out towards the end of the month. its not their fault.. even that happens when you have a normal contract

Have two new phones that were paid for and after contacting support multiple times, have never been functional.
Their Support is hit or miss....I've been having major problems with their support now for 10 days......My phone service been out and they've been screwing things up pretty badly.....I'm waiting two more days to see if they fix the issue.....I'm still switching to a new carrier afterwards......

When will you bring back KDE or Gnome? Cinnamon is great but KDE is a way more customizable desktop environment.
I have strong concerns regarding the security measures of not only Mint Mobile, but any cell phone company. The illegal infiltration, blocked employment/housing/ and other illegal activity has gone on long enough !

the only phone service I’ve ever had that continuously left me stranded but claims it is not supposed to be a phone in the contract. You need wifi for this to work but they refuse to disclose this information.
Another reason why I love Mint. Best phone service ever.
