In this weeks video I decided to take a huge leap and cut all of my relaxed and damaged hair off. This process was definitely quite an emotional roller coaster but I am so so happy with the results. I have learner to embrace all my type 4 kinks and coils. I hope you enjoy the video, BYE!!!!

Second off family ... tell me y my mom will not let me cut my hair or go natural.... her excuse is "she dont know how to take care of natural hair.... I dont want to hear it and I'm 17 I can learn to do it myself. Anyways my hair has broken off bad to perms and she still wont let me cut it. Its her fault why my hair has broken off but she dont want to take accountability for it... like I'm so irratated when it comes to my hair. If we wanna be honest about 75% of my hair already broke off ... then when shes mad she calls me names and says rude stuff like nappy headed bald headed all that but yet her hair is short asf and damaged and shes still using chemicals. Anyways I got 1 year before I go natural and when I do it's over for everyone... lol... idk y I felt the need to share it but I did...
Do whatever makes you happy boo, and if your mom shouts at you for cutting it tell her Trinity Resting on RUclips told me to do it😂❤️. Plus once you cut it theres nothing she can do about it, just prove her wrong and show her that you do know how to take care of your natural hair. I wish you luck, love you❤️

Mom told me the same thing when I was 16...I still cut it off ....yep I got yelled at but what could she do lol. Anyway 18 now and my natural hair on my shoulders and it's healthy 🙏😝 go for it!!!! Good luck!
I can definitely relate. It took me yearsss for me to convince my mother. When I told her for the final time she was very upset and didn’t talk to me for a long time. I’m happy with my decision. I know they say never say never but I will never go back to relaxers!

my hair has been damaged since 2017 and I finally got the motivation to cut it since everyone locked in. but everyone is telling me don't cut it. and that just blew my motivation but I really need to cut it. my shit went from 9 inches long to 4 inches without me cutting it.. straight breakage and heat damage 🤦🏽♀️

the same thing happened with my hairs it used to be to my shoulders but now it’s a little above that because of breakage from me bleaching it multiple times. i’m gonna cut the bleached parts out soon so my hair can grow back so much more healthier.

I cut my hair it was overly damaged so I just snip but I was scared mentally and physically but looking at others transitions give me confidence

Finally someone with the same hair texture as me what did you use to get your hair that long in the first place cause my hair gets extremely dry fast?
I’m glad you found me🤗 I really didn’t take care of my hair when it was relaxed. I mainly used Cantu leave in conditioner but it didn’t help me because my hair was just so dead and damaged🤦🏽♀️
What should I use to oil my hair with?
I would say try to start with a light oil like maybe Grapeseed, argan oil or avocado oil. These ones are easily absorbed into the hair. But make sure to moisturise your hair well before putting on an oil or else the oil can just trap in the dryness. Hope that helps xx❤️❤️
