In FL 21 in Options there's Theme settings (above Manage plugins) with ready themes! I used theme Plutonium and just added more contrast in Adjustments. Everytime you open FL it starts with the last used theme Before I used FL 20 and Theme customization was hidden somewhere in General settings, but for some reason I forgor that you can customize FL 💀💀
