My family had COVID and it was devastating to have to take care of my old parents. Thank you for standing up for people more vulnerable.
My Aunt is fighting for her life right now. She's been on a vent for weeks now. It's not looking good. We live in a very rural area where so many do not want to wear masks. Having someone on a platform speak up really does mean a lot.

I love "If you don't know, you won't care." I have a co-worker that seems to pride herself on her lack of pop culture knowledge. When she comments that she doesn't know who someone is, if making it relevant would require a lot of background, I usually just respond "I can't help you."

Because we are both 50 something's I get the impressions she feels we should be too mature and intellectual for things that are entertaining just for the sake of being entertaining. We work in healthcare so when we get a break from 8 layers of PPE and the seemingly endless bad news I'll take my laughs where I can get 'em.

Yeah most of the people on there are less famous then them I'd say, or if they are more famous they charge a ton. They could charge more then those TV hosts easily and still make a ton of money lol.
Honestly, they could just add their own Cameo-type feature to the Mythical Society. Choose your cast member and price each accordingly. You want Rhett or Link? No less than $200. Stevie, Chase, or Josh? $100. And so on. Give the cast member something so it's worth their time, and donate the rest to charity. Or it could be a money-making revenue stream for the company, but it seems like something they'd do for charity. I think it'd be cool.

I appreciate that you guys are talking about Covid. I have family that lives in the worst of it in Texas and no one in that area seems to take it seriously. My cousin miscarried recently and had to sit in a wheelchair for 5 hours waiting for a room while constantly bleeding and in pain. She wasn’t allowed to have anyone with her. She never would have had to wait that long if people would just wear a mask and social distance. But because they care more about their freedom to do what they want, people who need immediate attention, like my cousin, have to wait and get ignored.
You asking about the mask means EVERYTHING to retail workers. at least at my store we aren’t allowed to request for people to put on masks but when other customers shame them into it it usually works

In my country, not only I'm allowed to tell people go wear a mask or you won't get service, I must do that. If a cop walks in and there's a customer without a mask- the owner of the store gets a giant fine.
@@tamaritiel9909 its sadly a safety thing most of the time. If a customer gets pissed you asked about their mask, they could attack you. At the beginning of the pandemic in America way too many people got hurt simply for trying to enforce it
@@breille9723 That's sad. I've had people argue and walk out when I've enforced the mask rule in Canada. Not allowed in our business at all without a mask or shield. We're closed for a province-wide shutdown now for three more weeks. I think it might get extended. Then again, our numbers are going down.

Idk and idc I have chronic asthma and I have a “mask exempt” medical lanyard for if I’m out somewhere for a long time where I have to walk a lot but like a normal grocery trip or picking up food etc ... I keep my mask on the ENTIRE time ... if people who have severe medical conditions can wear their masks the whole time ... able bodied ppl can too I will never understand why it’s SO hard for some ppl to wear masks
