    Ingredients:
    -1/4 kilo ground pork
    -9 pcs peeled shrimp
    -Bunch of chopped onion spring
    -1 egg
    -1 tsp garlic powder
    -Pepper to taste
    -Salt to taste
    -Wrapper
    -Oil
    -Japanese mayo
    -Bonito flakes
    Procedure:
    1. In a bowl, combined ground pork, onion spring and seasoning. Mix until well combined.
    2. Prepare the peeled shrimp by removing the vein, and making shallow cut on both sides.
    3. Wrap the ground mixture around the shrimp.
    4. Place shrimp in the middle of the wrapper, lift the end and fold over the middle, roll
    tightly. repeat process with the rest of the shrimp.
    5. In a pan, put wrapped shrimp one at a time. Fry for about 8 minutes or until golden and crispy.
    6. Remove from the pan when golden and crispy.
    7. Garnish with mayo, bonito flakes and onion spring. Serve immediately and enjoy!
