She doesn't need a studio, she sounds exactly the same as the CD, as live performance, this is true voice that does not need instrument to deliver. Very few people can do this.

Oh my goodness. I dont know why, but watching this video, listening to Dido as she sing (not necessarily the lyrics), the musicality, the acoustic, the everything just.... I don't know, maybe it's the brief change in strumming pattern or her vocal technique, but something @2:27 made me tear up.

More than any girl on my mind, I think with this song I fall in love with Dido. One of those isolating artists with such a heart-owning voice. The depth, the precision, her voice was made to ride synthwave. Would love to hear more.
