Last week I finished your Rock and Roll Shawl using the metallic yarn in light blue and gold shimmer. I have several Caron Latte Cakes that I bought on clearance last year, so I went and grabbed some out of my craft room and started crocheting along with you. I absolutely love this pattern in the Latte Cake. I am using the color Biscuit and Crystal you would love it because it’s brown and cream colors. It looks like a “Frothy Latte” I can’t wait to finish it. Crystal thank you so much for all of the wonderful tutorial videos you put on RUclips. Thank you Chrystal. My grandma made my Nom a short sleeved top with this pattern using crochet thread in the 1960s. She wants me to make her a new one to fit her. This will help me a lot. I just tried thread with your new butterfly and think I can do this one in thread too after my first try on the butterfly, thank you for being such a good and positive teacher,
Love the look of this pattern & will definitely make it, especially since it is done with my favourite yarn - Latté cakes by Caron. I am very disappointed that Caron seems to be discontinuing this yarn. They did not come out with new colours this year & the supplies seem to be limited. 😿

Your patience in explaining the process gives me the confidence to take on more and progress in my crochet skills. I can’t wait to make this in the Red Heart Ombré. The yarn previously was difficult to work with (it seemed too stiff) but I’m going to stick with it and try again because I love the color!

I never thought I could do anything except granny squares and dish rags until I found your channel and in the last year I have made two of your dusters, one short sweater, one in child size a qween afgan ,a smaller afgan ,three baby blanket, several shawls and ponchos using many of the stitches from your tutorials. I have watched others but you are by far the best at teaching people to crocheting. Thank you and God bless you for helping me after I lost my husband last year.

This looks so pretty I'm going to make my daughter and granddaughter matching ones in the Ice cream cotton blend yarn in pink blue brown orange and green I think it will be pretty maybe two or three of each repeat will make it very pretty and I might even have enough for a third one for myself I hope if not I'll find the perfect yarn for mine I think a caron cake would be perfect thank you for all you do for us "Yarny Peeps"

This is a great pattern for CLC. Like you I collect them. Made many cowls, hats, scarves for gifts. Everyone who received them like the softness and elegance the yarn gives. Would like Yarnspiration produce more colors, especially solid ones. You're such a talented person and explain your direction very well. Know you don't always have a written pattern, but the advantage of technology, you can rewind the video over and over; then you can write out the pattern yourself, the way you understand it. Always enjoy and appreciate the videos. Keep them coming. Thank you🤗👏🏼

This wrap is absolutely gorgeous! I’ve made two already and I’m starting on a third (in black!). This pattern of diamonds and little ‘windows’ is just captivating in person! I highly recommend it! I am beyond excited about this pattern for so many reasons. First, because it is absolutely gorgeous. Second, because with Crystal’s encouragement I know I can do this. And third, because after years, literally years (tech savvy I am not 😉) of searching, I finally found the membership link to the Bag O Day channel! Now I can add a bit of support to Crystal for all of videos she provides. Starting to make this piece today from my stash of good old fashioned acrylic 4wt yarn. OMG, I'm in love, this is the shawl I have been searching for, this is georgeous, I have different yarns, I want to start by using big twist which is soft, I have tons by mistake, long story, I also have some yarn from hobbii in cakes but it is a two weight, but think I can make it work and I have other more expensive Hanks from a lys. I love this pattern. I made it with a Hurricane cake that is gray fading to white, and it turned out gorgeous. Very easy to follow, as always. So many ways to wear this...I'm thinking of making it a poncho that I wear with the point in the back, and have the sides come up high on the neck. Its amazing! Thank u!!
