Your story is so beautiful, I'm very happy, and thank you for always watching and supporting the videos. See you soon in Paphos again, summer is coming!😊
Awesome video! Everything is straightforward and simple to follow. However, every time I hear “siga siga”, it is followed by “schnell! schnell!“. Danke für alles.
Hello Rico Thanks for your videos - very informative I moved here last year from Australia On the utility bills - I was able to use internet bill to prove address for bank account etc
Really nice and informative videos. Thank you, Rico! 👍🏻 Here in Latvia we only have private medical insurance.. so I guess I’m saved 😁 But basically the moving and registration process looks pretty much the same as it was in Greece around 10-12 years ago when I was moving there (went back to Latvia though 😅).
Hey! There's no capital gains or dividend tax for Non dom individuals. But I recommend you watching my video about the Non dom status here on my channel for further details.
Hey Rico, I am also from Germany and am considering moving to Cyprus due to crypto tax benefits. I currently have a great private insurance in Germany. Do I HAVE to register at the cypriot NHS or can I keep my German insurance, since it covers me internationally anyways? In another video you mentioned how bad the medical system in Cyprus is, therefore the question.
Would you recommend moving with a container of our household belongings instead of buying everything after we move to Cyprus? We would need to furnish a 3 bedroom home/apartment.
Hey Beck, that's a very personal that only you can answer for yourself.🙂But if you want my opinion, I recommend selling everything and rent/buy a furnished property in Cyprus. It is very common that properties in Cyprus are already fully furnished. Also, selling everything in your hometown and starting over in a new country is a very refreshing feeling.🙂
Hey Alex, both scenes were recorded in Polis at the Blue Lagoon. We rented a boat last summer, I can really recommend it. I will go there this summer again.😊
@@Rico Thanks for the quick reply! Amazing, I am currently in Paphos and will definitely check it out! 🔥 I do have my own boat license, but heard I can't rent a boat in Paphos, so Polis is a great idea!
Nice video, great content! Do you know what would possibly happen if I sell a course on Digistore24 and the customer is based in Germany. Do I pay the tax still through my LTD on Cyprus?
what if you create a holding company in cayman islands and then create the limited company in cyprus under the holding? just pay yourself dividends.. wouldn't it be a better setup for freelancers?
hi Rico, would you do a video where you concentrate on people with no conpanies, maybe retired and with an account with stocks, and the taxes he would have to pay with the non-dom? basically zero apart what you transfer in Cyprus, right?
Hello Rico! I wanted to ask you, i'm looking forward to moving to Cyprus for job, but when i searched for positions open that i could apply in in Linkedin for example, i saw dozens of people applying as well. Is this normal for Cyprus market? Meaning, is there overflow of qualified personnel applying for the said fields or are people applying for anything they see? Also, for jobs in Cyprus, are relocation packages supported or not? Saw it only with few positions so far, not very common, thank you, and best of luck to you!
Hey there! First, thanks for watching the video and commenting. Second, as I'm an entrepreneur myself and my main audience are entrepreneurs as well, I didn't research the job market in detail yet. The same goes for relocation packages. But in the future I will be more involved in that as I'm also planning to hire more people for my team. And then I'd be happy to assist you!
@@Rico HI Rico, thank you for your answer, even though you couldn't share much info, you chose to honestly tell that you're not involved rather than make anything up. I appreciate that, will definetly wait once you'll know more. Have a nice day and can't wait until another vid! :)

Hello my friend I’m a lawyer from Limassol ..I’ve been watching your videos and I thought and I wanted to ask you why you’re not in the real estate agent business ? With the videos you make you can attract people to buy the property’s in the island and from the other hand I’m dealing with real estate agents that for sure would pay part of those commissions of a property that you will promote for example ..why don’t you make a twin channel for that purpose ? 😅I think would be beneficial either way
Translated = Hello, i think your videos would help us selling our properties. Can you make videos of our properties to sell for a share? Thank you. Man, damn, it's like asking someone to sell themselves away for a provision, you don't even hide the greedines and audacity, you openly show it.
Yes you could, but it only makes sense if you have less than 19.500€ yearly income. Everything above will be taxes with income tax, which is much higher than the corporate tax for companies.
Your 💯 % correct it’s easy to do I moved to Cyprus and watching your videos makes it even easier
