- One of the most significant judgements of our times could also become one of darkest moments for our Judiciary. For over 2 days the SBI has been in contempt of the Supreme Court - by not supplying the information asked for.
SBI says it will take not 3 weeks but 4 MONTHS to 'decode' the data that is kept in different silos - but no one is really buying that brazen argument - question is - will the SC accept this brazenness or correct this massive disrespect to the top court ???

Doesn't the bill simply state consent isn't valid if it's made on the false promise of marriage.
I'm for it.
How they enforce it is different but yeah its not consensual if you manipulate someone into giving you that consent.
If a female has sex with a man on false promise of marriage , then there is no consequence for them , this law isn't gender neutral , thus unconstitutional ,, secondly some psychopathic female (as society is diverse we can find various forms of female) with little to no empathy can do false cases on a man , and how will a man disprove that he has not given the promise of marriage , men dont wear camera on them all the time lol , and thus extort lot of money on false rape cases , think if someone does it to your brother or your son , you cant do anything against it .Finally , when two people come in a relationship they all are excited , but with time they learn about each other and choose if he or she is the right partner for marriage based on emotional compatibility, they both are full fledged adults and can think for their consent for sex , but if someone is forced to sex without consent that is rape , but even after consent and you have sex and enjoy it , and later after 3 to 4 months if the man finds you not emotionally compatible for marriage , you can just do false rape complain and force the man to marry which is unconstitutional.
