I think it is enough now. Congress and INDIA bloc has failed completely. To challenge BJP for long term you will have to challenge them at ground and challenge their ideology but Congress of INDIA bloc does not have anything to counter that. The recent election results in Maharashtra and the UP by-polls, along with the Haryana election results a month ago, indicate that the BJP’s drop from 300+ to around 240 seats in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections wasn’t due to the Congress or INDIA bloc’s narrative and efforts. Instead, it seems to have stemmed from a lack of ground support from the RSS. It’s possible that RSS was displeased with the perceived arrogance of some BJP leaders, such as JP Nadda, during the Lok Sabha polls. So maybe RSS sought to teach them a lesson in Lok sabha elections by not backing them 100%. However, it appears the BJP has since acknowledged its mistakes and realized that, even at its peak, it cannot succeed without the grassroots backing of the RSS. Post-election, the BJP seems to have mended its relationship with its ideological mentor, and this renewed support from the RSS might explain their improved performance in Haryana, Maharashtra, and UP.

Something is seriously wrong with Indian democracy where someone who delivers 3rd consecutive defeat is celebrated as a great leader.
Congress jumping from 55 to 100 is seen as a great victory when the pass marks is 270.

I think it is enough now. Congress and INDIA bloc has failed completely. The recent election results in Maharashtra and the UP by-polls, along with the Haryana election results a month ago, indicate that the BJP’s drop from 300+ to around 240 seats in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections wasn’t due to the Congress or INDIA bloc’s narrative and efforts. Instead, it seems to have stemmed from a lack of ground support from the RSS. It’s possible that RSS was displeased with the perceived arrogance of some BJP leaders, such as JP Nadda, during the Lok Sabha polls. So maybe RSS sought to teach them a lesson in Lok sabha elections by not backing them 100%.
However, it appears the BJP has since acknowledged its mistakes and realized that, even at its peak, it cannot succeed without the grassroots backing of the RSS.
Post-election, the BJP seems to have mended its relationship with its ideological mentor, and this renewed support from the RSS might explain their improved performance in Haryana, Maharashtra, and UP.
