She was simply THE best at this. She completely set the standard, and no one else has come close. Really miss seeing her pretty face and hearing her chipper, eloquent voice on my TV!!

actually Delano is also an all suite Hotel with two bathrooms but is on the back side of Mandalay bay so yes considered off the strip. great hotel. but looking forward to staying at this hotel later this month.

I stayed at the Venetian for the ServiceNow “Knowledge 18” conference.
Lesson #1: do not eat from the food court under any circumstances.
Lesson #2: Bring as much cash as you can, if you have to get money from the ATM, you are going to get raped.
Lesson #3: every restaurant in Vegas overcharges. Paid $30 for a fried chicken at Yardbirds which I ordered it and was quite literally in front of me in under 2 minutes. Slightly terrifying. I am no culinary expert, but I’m pretty sure takes a few minutes to cook chicken...

When Travel Channel made documentaries about Las Vegas, they were sponsored by the casino industry to make videos mostly showing the casinos in a positive light.
Many of the gambling experts interviewed were highly critical of the fact that they couldn't talk more about casino corruption and the dirty tactics used.
We know many of the people who were interviewed. That is not true.

The problem we had with the Venetian Hotel this last weekend were all the potheads that were smoking weed in the hotel.
It was an absolute horrible experience due to the lack of police and or security enforcing the non-smoking enviornment. My kids both got sick from the smell, luckily our stay was short and checked into an airbnb, just off the strip.
If you have a family or dont want to breathe 2nd hand narcotic or illicit drugs while youre on vacation...dont stay at the Venetian. Airbnb is the way to go.
Po Isbell Happens everywhere if you are unlucky and have a pot smoker next door.
1) Your kids did not get sick, they got high.
2) Marijuana is not an illicit drug nor a narcotic!
I mean, by this comment, you have to be pushing 80 years old. Who uses those terms for a medical plant? BTW, if you call and speak with the hotel staff, security will be up in minutes and the situation will take care of itself.

This video is extremely old-I'd say ten years older than the 2015 date shown above. Almost everything in the video is outdated. The room decor, restaurants & nightclub are all new and different. The Venezia and Palazzo towers have been added. If you can't show something at least halfway contemporary then don't even bother.
Um... the video was posted to archive that episode of the show for Vegas fans and Samantha Brown fans. Funny how everybody but you has that figured out (see the rest of the comments). We will continue to upload historic and archived Las Vegas footage we have in our collection as just about everyone else understands they are viewing vintage Las Vegas footage.
