I love reading the bible by myself. Since this year I've been doing so. I can't even explain how closer I feel to God than I've ever felt going to church for about 56 years years
Indeed we cannot understand the word of God without the revelation from the Holy Ghost. We are in great danger when we read the bible in our own understanding. May the Lord bless his word Amen
I don't think a lot of you are really getting the message preached here. The man is saying it's dangerous for a person who does not know how to hear from God, because they truly don't have a relationship with God. The only way God can teach a person what he's reading is if that person has a real personal relationship with him. If a person, who does not have a true relationship with God, sits down and reads the Bible, because he cannot hear what God is truly saying in his word, he will have his understanding distorted, and he will begin to make what he thinks what God is saying, which will be very dangerous for him because God's thoughts are not like our thoughts, and God's way of thinking is not like our way of thinking. Remove the anger for this man then you will begin to understand what the Lord is saying through this man.
Thank you Pastor Gino Jennings. I've been reading the Bible alone. I don't really understand and become confused and overwhelmed. I listen to Pastor Jennings and learn so much. I really need to study the Bible with someone with the Holy Spirit and wisdom.

We truly have to understand that reading the word without someone who is truly called by The Lord to interpret His word is very complicated...and it was meant to be that way so that no natural man can say that he can understand Heavenly things without knowing God wholeheartedly, and stealing God's glory for himself. @@Ackeejuice-zi7nf Z If you don't know the truth then you need to set under someone that can show you the truth or give you a foundation of the word, but if you know and have a foundation you should not just wait on preacher to learn and read God's word and even if he preaches you should go home a study some more You should have to remember that you can build on what your've been taught. Wow! I'm really thankful for the word of God from Pastor Gino Jennings. I feel like he was preaching to me all the way from South Africa.🇿🇦 Because I've been reading the word of God from the year 2019 alone in the house and my family are not believers. So I got baptized by a thug and a false pastor that I had joined his church back in 2018. Then 1 prophet came to me in secret after the conference that we had at church where I was told to preach by the false pastor and the prophet told me the same words that pastor Gino Jennings preached to me. So the pastor told me that the church that I was attending there was using the Black Magic and they already wanted to kill me since I had started preaching without the Holy Spirit yet I was starting to tap into the wrong ears with the good scriptures. Today which is the 10th of January 2025 just 2 hours ago God told me in a dream through a man that the rapture is happening these year but later. So God told me that he saw me getting left behind because of the poor way that I pray. So please pray for me to start receiving the word the same way like pastor Gino Jennings preached to me.

There is more danger in not reading the Bible than reading the Bible alone . Before reading the Bible ask the Holy Spirit for guidance, knowledge and understanding, and it will be given unto you but then again for you there is no Holy Spirit only Jesus.

There are many that find Jesus in prison, where they have time to read the bible cover to cover & the Holy Spirit opens up the word to them & they go on to be great ministers for the gospel truth. Many stories like this. Bible college has it's place, & teachers, preachers, mentors are important, but usually it's 1st the holy spirit that opens our eyes to the truth of His written & living word.

Unless you understand Hebrew or Greek you don't know the Bible. The Holy Scriptures were not written in the English language. Jesus birth name is Yeshua. There was no J in the English or Hebrew language until 1524 AD.

Mr. Jennings, you went through all of that to argue that people can’t understand the Bible, but you didn’t actually clarify what the mystery was. You didn’t explain what specifically the Ethiopian eunuch in Acts struggled to understand. You stopped short of reading the rest of the passage, which includes the gospel message he couldn’t grasp. By not finishing the scripture, you missed the part that reveals who Jesus is, speaks of His death, burial, and resurrection, and explains how we are saved through His death, given life through His resurrection, and forgiven through His blood by faith in His work on the cross.
I am reading the Bible for about the second time because the first time there was no good understanding and ministers were never explaining any thing, since pastor Jennings has been explaining the scripture I didn’t understand it makes sense now, Bible says how can you understand scripture without a teacher. What he explain makes sense to me, I don’t play Church and you see too many people doing so.

What Jesus said in Matthew 28:19 is one of the most important yet misunderstood Scriptures in the New Testament. He said, "Go therefore and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost" It initially appears he is saying to say the titles Father, Son, and Holy Ghost at baptism, but the following proves what he is actually saying. "Go therefore and teach all nations BAPTIZING them in the name (SINGULAR name and not "names") OF the Father, and OF the Son, and OF the Holy Ghost." Father, Son, and Holy Ghost are titles and not names. Jesus disciples never used those words when they baptized anyone in water, nor did they use those words in one sentence regarding any other topic. Every time Jesus disciples baptized anyone in water they invoked Jesus Name at baptism which is Acts 2:38, Acts 8:14, Acts 8:38, Acts 9:18, Acts 10:44-48, Acts 16:15, Acts 16:33, Acts 18:7-8, Acts 19:3-5, and Acts 22:16. Those are some of many scriptures that proves that the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost is Jesus. At about that same time Jesus said in Mark 16:16,"He that believes and is BAPTIZED shall be Saved, but he that believes not shall be damned." Jesus addressed what damned means in Luke 16:19-31, Matthew 13:42, Matthew 25:41, Mark 9:45-46, Revelation 20:15, and Revelation 21:8. REGARDING THE NAME OF THE FATHER: John 5:43, I am come in my Father's name and you receive me not, if another shall come in his own name, him you will receive." Jesus is speaking in the following Scriptures in the book of Revelation: Revelation 1:8, "I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, which was, and is to come, THE ALMIGHTY." Also Matthew 28:18.. Revelation 2:7,"He that has an ear, let him hear what the SPIRIT says unto the Churches." I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the waters life freely. 7 He that overcomes shall inherit all things, and I will be his GOD, and he shall be my SON." Some say the Thief on the cross next to Jesus was not baptized yet Jesus told him he would be with him that day in paradise. Jesus had not given the COMMANDMENT to be baptized in his Name until after He rose from the dead and just before He ascended to heaven. The thief or anyone else at that time could not have done it because they did not know about it. If you are convinced you need to get Baptized in water in Jesus Name, do a search, type in "United Pentecostal Church International", slightly scroll down to just below the red box, type in your zip code, then a screen will show a Church nearest you that will do that. If you get Baptized in water Jesus Name, and get baptized with the Holy Ghost which is addressed in Mark 16:17 (Jesus speaking) Acts 2:3-4 (Pentecost). Acts 8:17, Acts 9:18, Acts 10:44-48, and Acts 19:3-5 - which is when the Spirit of Christ initially dwells in a person. Nowhere in Scripture does it say it happens any other way than that way. There is not one Scripture that says a person receives the Holy Ghost just because they are a believer. Acts 19:1-5 is a good example. Paul said in Romans 8:9-11,”But you are not in the flesh, but in the spirit, if so be that the spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, HE IS NONE OF HIS." If you do the above you will be making SURE your name is written in the Lamb's Book Of Life. Jesus said in Matthew 24:4,"Take heed that no man deceives you." IWe were instructed to "search the Scriptures daily." Anyone telling you that only church leaders have the ability to understand the Scriptures, is being dishonest. DON'T BE DECEIVED! Pick up the Scriptures/Bible and read it for YOURSELF. And if you lack understanding, we were told to ask GOD and that he would be the one to give it to us.

But I truly believe people will read a title, forgetting that it’s RUclips and immediately place judgement because of a title of an edited video. Jesus said when thy pray enter into thy closet. A minister of God is going to teach you to read your Bible alone. The Bible teaches us to read and study. Seek ye out the books of the Lord and read. Nobody has got to go through you.

I love reading the bible by myself. Since this year I've been doing so. I can't even explain how closer I feel to God than I've ever felt going to church for about 56 years years

I don't think a lot of you are really getting the message preached here. The man is saying it's dangerous for a person who does not know how to hear from God, because they truly don't have a relationship with God. The only way God can teach a person what he's reading is if that person has a real personal relationship with him. If a person, who does not have a true relationship with God, sits down and reads the Bible, because he cannot hear what God is truly saying in his word, he will have his understanding distorted, and he will begin to make what he thinks what God is saying, which will be very dangerous for him because God's thoughts are not like our thoughts, and God's way of thinking is not like our way of thinking. Remove the anger for this man then you will begin to understand what the Lord is saying through this man.

Wow! I'm really thankful for the word of God from Pastor Gino Jennings. I feel like he was preaching to me all the way from South Africa.🇿🇦 Because I've been reading the word of God from the year 2019 alone in the house and my family are not believers. So I got baptized by a thug and a false pastor that I had joined his church back in 2018. Then 1 prophet came to me in secret after the conference that we had at church where I was told to preach by the false pastor and the prophet told me the same words that pastor Gino Jennings preached to me. So the pastor told me that the church that I was attending there was using the Black Magic and they already wanted to kill me since I had started preaching without the Holy Spirit yet I was starting to tap into the wrong ears with the good scriptures. Today which is the 10th of January 2025 just 2 hours ago God told me in a dream through a man that the rapture is happening these year but later. So God told me that he saw me getting left behind because of the poor way that I pray. So please pray for me to start receiving the word the same way like pastor Gino Jennings preached to me.

Mr. Jennings, you went through all of that to argue that people can’t understand the Bible, but you didn’t actually clarify what the mystery was. You didn’t explain what specifically the Ethiopian eunuch in Acts struggled to understand. You stopped short of reading the rest of the passage, which includes the gospel message he couldn’t grasp. By not finishing the scripture, you missed the part that reveals who Jesus is, speaks of His death, burial, and resurrection, and explains how we are saved through His death, given life through His resurrection, and forgiven through His blood by faith in His work on the cross.
I am reading the Bible for about the second time because the first time there was no good understanding and ministers were never explaining any thing, since pastor Jennings has been explaining the scripture I didn’t understand it makes sense now, Bible says how can you understand scripture without a teacher. What he explain makes sense to me, I don’t play Church and you see too many people doing so.

What Jesus said in Matthew 28:19 is one of the most important yet misunderstood Scriptures in the New Testament.
He said, "Go therefore and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost" It initially appears he is saying to say the titles Father, Son, and Holy Ghost at baptism, but the following proves what he is actually saying.

Father, Son, and Holy Ghost are titles and not names. Revelation 2:7,"He that has an ear, let him hear what the SPIRIT says unto the Churches." Also Revelation 2:11
Revelation 21:6-7, "And he said unto me, (John) It is done, I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the waters life freely. 7 He that overcomes shall inherit all things, and I will be his GOD, and he shall be my SON." Some say the Thief on the cross next to Jesus was not baptized yet Jesus told him he would be with him that day in paradise. Jesus had not given the COMMANDMENT to be baptized in his Name until after He rose from the dead and just before He ascended to heaven. The thief or anyone else at that time could not have done it because they did not know about it.

If you get Baptized in water Jesus Name, and get baptized with the Holy Ghost which is addressed in Mark 16:17 (Jesus speaking) Acts 2:3-4 (Pentecost). Acts 8:17, Acts 9:18, Acts 10:44-48, and Acts 19:3-5 - which is when the Spirit of Christ initially dwells in a person. Nowhere in Scripture does it say it happens any other way than that way. There is not one Scripture that says a person receives the Holy Ghost just because they are a believer. Acts 19:1-5 is a good example.
Paul said in Romans 8:9-11,”But you are not in the flesh, but in the spirit, if so be that the spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, HE IS NONE OF HIS."

Pick up the Scriptures/Bible and read it for YOURSELF. And if you lack understanding, we were told to ask GOD and that he would be the one to give it to us.
